We visit these people in their everyday work place, each person talks briefly about an aspect of M+W the spirit in the company, it’s vision and how it stays a leading organisation. We ask them what it means to be part of M+W... Each person finishes their sentence with the word PLUS. this is an engaging and interesting way of linking them together, a great play on the PLUS organisation and conveys a like-minded company that thinks as one.

STYLE: We would suggest a ‘One minute wonder’ style which will showcase the individual contributors role in 30 seconds / 1 minute. It’s real, hand held camera work, interesting crops etc.. build that style into a story. These shorts can then also be used as an internal introduction to areas of the business – ie at Induction stage or via the company newsletter (spotlight on xx department).
