The MAN Crew Cab combines the reliability and durability of the TGM chassis with the versatility of three cab designs, seating from 6 to 10 people.
In conjunction with MAN’s Truck Modification Centre in Germany, there are two extended cab options available for seating 7 passengers in the rear. These cabs are available to special order and can be custom built from a long list of options, including integrated breathing apparatus seats.
The TGM is already proven in some of the toughest conditions around Australia, and the Crew Cab version is available on both 4x2 and 4x4 variants. The standard ex-works cab is fitted with rear seating for four people with a large storage locker beneath the seats. All seats feature 3-point safety belts and headrests. There is the option of a second front passenger seat to allow seating for 7 people, if required. The standard cab is an all steel construction built to ECE R-29 safety standards and is fitted with wide opening doors (to 82 degrees), wide non-slip steps,
As standard, the modified cabs incorporate non-slip flooring, integrated grab rails, LED interior lighting and large storage boxes. They have also been tested to ECE R-29 cab safety standards and the safety belts conform with ECE R-14. With such diverse specifications, the chassis is ideally suited for a broad range of applications including mining exploration, fire-fighting, council work crews and tow truck operators.
