There's A New Paint Coating That Makes
Washing Your Car Unnecessary

The days of washing your car may soon be over if Nissan has anything to say about it. The company has developed a special paint coating that can repel water and oils, as well as "mud, rain and everyday dirt." To demonstrate the new technology, Nissan outfitted one of its subcompact hatchbacks with the protective coating it calls Ultra-Ever Dry. Fla.’s housing market shows rising prices in March Florida's housing market reported higher median prices, more new listings and a stable level of inventory in March, according to the latest housing data released by Florida RealtorsŽ. Closed sales of single-family homes statewide totaled 20,081 last month, up 2.8 percent over the March 2013 figure. "March marked the 28th month in a row that statewide median sales prices rose year-over-year for both singlefamily homes and townhome-condo properties," said 2014 Florida Realtors President Sherri Meadows, CEO and team leader, Keller Williams, with market centers in Gainesville, Ocala and The Villages. "Realtors across Florida are reporting fewer short sales of distressed properties and more interest from potential home sellers as they observe the return of more traditional market conditions. Statewide, new listings for single-family homes in March rose 16.5 percent year-over-year, while new townhouse-condo listings rose 10.3 percent.“ Continue >>
Serious Internet Explorer Bug Leaves Half of all Browsers Open to Hack By Julianne Pepitone Microsoft is scrambling to fix a newly found bug in Internet Explorer, which leaves all versions of the browser open to potential attacks. Hackers have already used the flaw to launch "limited, targeted attacks," Microsoft said a "security advisory" on Saturday. As with many attacks, hackers can start with methods like convincing users to click on fake websites, Microsoft explained. From there, the glitch could allow attackers to run malicious software on the user's computer -- and even gain the same level of access to the computer as the real user.

Drones in Real Estate: Not so Fast The legal landscape surrounding commercial use of drones is constantly shifting.
Some real estate companies are champing at the bit to incorporate drone photography into their marketing, as news reports make clear. But the commercial use of drones is currently permissible only on a case-by-case basis. So unless you have a certificate of airworthiness from the Federal Aviation Administration, you should keep your drone on the ground, NAR says. “The FAA, in a 2007 statement, very clearly stated that any commercial use of drones without a permit is not permissible,� says NAR Senior Policy Representative Russell Riggs. 2 cups diced peeled potatoes 1-3/4 cups sliced carrots 1 cup butter, cubed 2/3 cup chopped onion 1 cup Unbleached All-Purpose Flour 1-3/4 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon dried thyme 3/4 teaspoon pepper 3 cups chicken broth 1-1/2 cups milk 4 cups cubed cooked chicken 1 cup frozen peas 1 cup frozen corn 2 packages (14.1 ounces each) refrigerated pie pastry
Directions 1.
Preheat oven to 425°. Place potatoes and carrots in a large saucepan; add water to cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook, covered, 8-10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender; drain. 2. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender. Stir in flour and seasonings until blended. 3. Gradually stir in broth and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in chicken, peas, corn and potato mixture; remove from heat. 4. Unroll a pastry sheet into each of two 9-in. pie plates; trim even with rims. Add chicken mixture. Unroll remaining pastry; place over filling. Trim, seal and flute edges. Cut slits in tops. 5. Bake 35-40 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting. Yield: 2 potpies (8 servings each). Freeze option: Cover and freeze unbaked pies. To use, remove from freezer 30 minutes before baking (do not thaw). Preheat oven to 425°. Place pies on baking sheets; cover edges loosely with foil. Bake 30 minutes. Reduce oven setting to 350°; bake 70-80 minutes longer or until crust is golden brown and a thermometer inserted in center reads 165°.
