Welcome to our Autumn 2013 and Spring/Summer 2014 programme of Adult Education Courses. Adult Education continues to be very much part of the unique ‘Brewery Buzz’ with over 1,500 people attending courses and workshops, many of whom return here year after year. We strive to deliver classes which are diverse and creative but still value for money, in the hope that this will allow all members of the community to have the opportunity to step on to the learning ladder or continue to enjoy their learning experience. This would not be achievable without the generous subsidies from Cumbria Adult Education. We are proud to continue to receive outstanding results in learner satisfaction, and with student numbers still on the increase, we believe we provide a balanced programme taught be a team of excellent tutors, who allow us to offer exciting and expressive classes which we hope will inspire you. The Brewery actively promotes equal opportunities throughout the organisation and feels the programme caters for all levels of ability. We aim to provide clear information and are happy to advise you on the suitability of a course. Course information sheets with further details are available on request or you will be automatically sent one if you enrol onto a course. We look forward to welcoming you to the Brewery and with a mix of new classes, old favourites and a selection of shorter courses for this year we are confident you will find something to fit in with your plans.
“The Brewery is an inspiring and lively place with all sorts of interesting courses, exhibitions, plays and concerts.
