Whatever the weather, summer at the Brewery promises a colourful cornucopia of exciting gigs, performances and exhibitions with artists and entertainers converging on Kendal from across the globe.

There’s a great choice of eating and drinking at the Brewery – something for every taste. The Brewery has somewhere to eat all day, every day of the week. IN THE DAY The Warehouse: Shabby chic at its most bohemian, serving a range of drinks from Farrer’s speciality teas to bottles of local Hawkshead ale. It also serves the best latte in town. Eat locally made cakes, homemade scones and soups.

Our well-stocked bar and restaurant serve a range of superb cask ales from around the UK and a wide selections of bottled beers along with a large range of wines, spirits and soft drinks. The informal family friendly surroundings make this one of Kendal’s most popular places to eat.

One of the most influential reggae bands of all time. Famed for their superb vocal harmonies an Abyssinians live gig is one of the great joys in roots reggae music.
