Jimmy Carr Rapier Wit
West Sussex Youth Festival
A heady mix of artistic integrity, loyalty and avarice has put Jimmy back on the road.
West Sussex Youth Festival of music, comedy, parkour, dance and theatre featuring Urban Playground’s Don’t Try This At Home, comic Simon Jenkins and the best of young local artists.
If you only see one comedy show this year… what’s the matter with you? Get out more. A ‘rapier’ is the long sword of a gentleman. ‘Rapier wit’ is defined as clever, quick, intelligent humour. Please note, Jimmy Carr doesn’t have ‘the long sword of a gentleman’ and even if you like him, ‘clever, quick and intelligent’ is a bit of a stretch.
