Every Client Has A Problem. Do You Know What It Is?

What is our vision statement?

"Our passion to deeply understand our customers, to nd solutions to unsolved problems, and to deliver personalized solutions will make Acadia Insurance a favorite risk partner by both insurance distributors and business owners. As we grow the business and become a signicantly larger organization, we will maintain a small company feel to our customers. "

Meet an Active SPARK! User

We are continuing to highlight Acadia team members that are (the most) actively engaged in SPARK! The next active SPARK! user is Pam Reiniger, Associate Underwriter in our Massachusetts branch WeaskedPam:

Why is it important to you to be actively engaged in Acadia’s Innovation efforts?

"Hmm, interesting question. I engage in AIC Innovation because while doing my job there are things that we all struggle with. We wonder why we do things this way or stumble across an opportunity to improve a process. I enjoy being part of a company that encourages me to share ideas to challenge the status quo and possibly improve a workow. I have had ideas that have not been possible and that is OK. I was never made to feel that the idea wasn't worth vetting. The ideas that have moved forward, I collaborated with a group of employees that brought great ideas and conversation as we worked through the process. Time consuming in some instances, but necessary. AIC will not continue to be relevant unless we all participate in our future, and that begins with each of us."
