WOMEN & THE MOON

Information found in this booklet is a compilation of material from thewomens.org. au, wise woman medicine path, timeanddate.com/moon/phases, Moonology by Yasmin Boulard, individual studies, bbc.com, and Brittney Bliss.

In this booklet, we will walk through the phases of the moon, the phases of the feminine cycle, and how to connect the two so that you can live your best life! When we are attuned with our relationship to nature, we can use the astrological energies around us to decide the best time to socialize, negotiate, create, and rest. You will find simple tools to chart your cycle with the moon and prompts for best practices during each phase. This guide is great for all women- the cyclical nature that is covered is applicable for women from menarche (your first period) to well after menopause. Even when women don’t bleed (due to menopause, surgeries, or birth control) we are all still flowing through our moon cycles. Tapping into that energy might be even more important for women in this category, as well as women who are preparing to conceive, and those that want to better connect with the lunar energy to power-boost their goals! Menstrual and Moon cycles are reminders to renew ourselves each month. We can use this knowledge to tap into our greatest selves- cleansing and releasing, manifesting and creating the world around us.
