Begin by rehearsing with the stage management team and being taken to wardrobe for your 1960s-period costume. You will discuss with stage managers which scene you will best fit into in the show. College students will join Chilina Kennedy (who embodies Carole King) around the piano when she meets her future songwriting partner and husband, Gerry Goffin (played by Evan Todd). Following that scene you will then step into the world of 1650 Broadway, the legendary building where the hits of the ’60s were written and music’s most legendary songwriters discovered at Don Kirshner’s Aldon Music. Adult walk-ons will share a table in Act 2 at the Bitter End with the “Uptown Singer” and the band, as Carole King meets up with friends Barry Mann and Cynthia Weil (played by Ben Jacoby and Kara Lindsay). You will see how Carole King’s world is recreated onstage when you watch the show from unique vantage points during the show: in the pit with musicians; stage right and stage left with the crew; from the booth with sound technicians and from “air traffic control” - the stage manager’s booth backstage. From here you’ll see it all as only Broadway professionals do. After the show, your guests will join you backstage to congratulate you and get a tour. Take home a Beautiful poster signed by the cast to mark this “one fine day.”
Winning bidder must be at least 16 years old. This auction experience will take place during a mutually agreeable Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday performance. Courtesy of the Charlotte Wilcox Company, Peter Hanson and the entire company of Beautiful The Carole King Musical Opening bid:

Be a VIP at the Final Performances of Broadway’s Hottest Tony Award-Winning Stars: Ben Platt and Bette Midler Every Broadway season offers 30 or more opening night performances culminating in the Tony Awards each June. Like every race or life itself, each Broadway season is made up of stunning wins, esteemed successes and, just as often, quiet disappointment and heartbreak. Likewise, most shows, whether they have played for a few performances, a season or years, close with the cast taking an excited final bow before a cheering, appreciative audience of fans, family and friends. But not all. There are a very few “final performances” as eagerly anticipated as the show’s opening night, particularly when the show is not closing, but the original cast’s acclaimed, award-winning star is set to take their final bow in a soon-to-be legendary last performance. We have two for you. A.

B.
Bette Midler in Hello, Dolly!: At 2 pm on Sunday, January 14, Tony Award winner and legendary star Bette Midler will play her final performance as Dolly Gallagher Levi in this historic Tony Award-winning revival of Hello, Dolly! at the Shubert Theatre. You and a guest will have two of the most in-demand tickets for what will be one of the hottest star performances of this or any other season. “Goodbye! Goodbye! Goodbye!
