Tristan Harris: How better tech could protect us from distraction To start my inspiration for my big idea, I started with a TED talk by Tristan Harris, a designer and entrepeneur. Led by the problems and insights identified in the context stage of the brief, I chose this TED talk in particular because of the insight into the problems with technology and the distractions it causes. Because one of the topics I talked about in my context stage was how Paul Smith could use technology to perform better interactions with his consumer I thought this TED talk might help me to think outside of the box and come up with an idea for useful technology.
