DIVISION 42 OREGON!

A Letter from the Editor! Hey Key Clubbers! My name is Brooke Reichert and I am writing to you today because I am your new Lieutenant Governor for Division 42 Oregon as of March 23rd, 2013! I am absolutely ecstatic to be here because I LOVE KEY CLUB! I am a junior at Astoria High School and this is my third year as a member of Key Club. My home club is the Astoria Key Club, and we would love to have you join us in some of our service projects throughout the year! As your Lieutenant Governor this year, I am here to serve you, as the link between club, division, and district. I’ll be writing you newsletters, sending you information, making club visits, and helping you. I want this to be an awesome year full of Divisional spirit and crazy fun! Speaking of Divisional Spirit, who’s going to the Portland Rally this year?! Let’s go and pack a DIV42 punch! I hope to see you there! Enjoy my newsletter and please do not hesitate to contact me! DIVISION 42 Astoria Warrenton Clatskanie Seaside

St. Helens CCEC

O R E G O N

Our Division stretches along the Columbia River and includes Seaside, Warrenton, Astoria, Clatskanie, CCEC, and St. Helens. DCM’s or Divisional Council Meetings take place monthly and include all 6 of our awesome clubs. We’ll share ideas, have tons of fun and eat lots of food! Every 4th DCM will include our Sister division, with Washington clubs such as R.A. Long in Longview! At our upcoming DCM, we need to pick out a divisional COLOR and MASCOT! I am very excited for this! Come prepared with some sweet ideas.

Something every Key Clubber looks forward to at DCON is the revved up spirit and crazed Divisional alliances! In order to improve our experience at DCON 2014 and strengthen our division, we first need a mascot and divisional colors! Anything you can think of is on the playing field (tigers, belugas, magenta, oh my!). I want you guys to pick out something awesome that will get us all super pumped for DCON 2014! We have all worked very hard in our communities, and I believe that creating a strong division will only make it much for fun and make us all a little bit more motivated to get out there and change the world!
