Pollensa

In the north eastern corner of the Island, nestled between two peaks of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, Pollensa is divided into two distinct areas, Puerto Pollensa and Old Town Pollensa, both have their own individual character and charm.

Puerto Pollensa

Once a small fishing village, Puerto Pollensa is now a magnificent bay filled with yachts and fishing boats. Tranquil beaches with stunning views across the bay to the rugged headlands make this the perfect place to relax in the sun. With an atmosphere which is both classy and chic it is the perfect resort for dining out in the many restaurants or taking an evening stroll in the shade of the pine trees along the 1.5Km(s) Pine Walk.

Alcudia

Sitting between the Bahia de Pollença and Puerto Alcúdia, this historic town has been restored to its’ previous glory as a walled city. With its’ maze of narrow streets, boutique hotels, shops, cafes and restaurants, a stay in Alcudia is perfect to sit and watch the world go by.

When to Go

Mallorca is a truly year round destination with temperatures on average 8-10˚Celsius warmer than the UK. April, May, September and October are perfect for the outdoors and sports lovers, golf, cycling and walking are all well catered for here and can all be arranged before you travel. June, July and August offer uninterrupted blue skies and glorious sunshine along with the fiesta season which sees colourful processions and magnificent firework displays in many towns and villages. The winter months can also be enjoyable here with relatively warm temperatures and many sunny days.
