Opening Business A. CKI Pledge - led by Alyssa Famolari B. Review of Parliamentary Procedure 1. President Jerry went over basic rules and procedures for club elections. II. New Business A. Club Elections 1. Webmaster a) Jessica Siegal nominated Julia Dunnigan for the position of Club Webmaster. (1) Karandeep Singh seconded. (2) Julia Dunnigan accepted the nomination. b) Melissa Levine nominated Carly Danowitz for Webmaster. (1) Courtney Aronica seconded. (2) Carly Danowitz accepted the nomination. c) Congratulations to our 2015-2016 Club Webmaster Julia Dunnigan! 2. Editor a) Timothy Leung nominated Kora Sileo for the position of Club Editor. (1) Paty Acipreste seconded. (2) Kora Sileo accepted the nomination. b) Julia Dunnigan nominated Jenna Spak for the position of Club Editor. (1) Mindi Ocasio seconded. (2) Jenna Spak accepted the nomination. c) Congratulations to our 2015-2016 Club Editor Jenna Spak! 3. Treasurer a) Evan Bavarsky nominated Deborah Gabay for the position of Club Treasurer. (2) Timothy Leung accepted the nomination. c) Congratulations to our 2015-2016 Club Treasurer Timothy Leung! 4. Secretary a) Angela Wu nominated Karandeep Singh for the position of Club Secretary. Vice President a) Courtney Aronica nominated Melissa Levine for the position of Club Vice President. (1) Karandeep Singh seconded. (2) Melissa Levine accepted the nomination. b) Kristy Wolfson nominated Amy Boglarski for the position of Club Vice President. (1) Jenna Spak seconded. (2) Amy Boglarski accepted the nomination. c) Congratulations to our 2015-2016 Club Vice President Amy Boglarski! 6. President a) Alyssa Famolari nominated John Tirino for the position of Club President. (1) Raymond Mosquea seconded. (2) John Tirino accepted. (3) President Jerry Cimo entertained a motion for a vote. (a) So moved by Alyssa Famolari. (b) Karandeep Singh seconded. (c) Motion passed (unanimous vote for John Tirino). b) Congratulations to our 2015-2016 Club President John Tirino! B. Club Officer Training Day - Saturday, March 28th 1. Time: 4:00-6:00 PM 2. Location: TBD C. Trivia Crack Meeting 1. Date, location, and meeting schedule must be finalized before Spring Break! 2. Tabled for next meeting. III. Upcoming Events A. March Bake Sale - Friday, March 27th 1. Time: 12:00 - 4:00 PM 2. Location: Tillman Lobby 3. We REALLY need people to table tomorrow! Please sign up tonight if you can help out! B. Krispy Kreme Sale - Date TBD 1. Time: 12:00-4:00 PM 2. Location: Tillman Lobby 3. Tabled for next meeting.

A. Kamp  Kiwanis Egg Hunt - Saturday, March 28th 1. Time: 1:00-4:00 PM 2. Location: UU111 3. Tickets: Pre-Sale is $3 per person; $5 at the door per person (up to 5 people per team) 4. This past Tues-Thurs, we have been selling tickets (pre-registered). So far we made $64. You can still sign up on Saturday! There will be free drinks. The eggs contain candy and funny quotes! Please signup! B. BC Library Reading & Crafts - Wednesday, April 15th 1. Time: 4:00-6:30 PM 2. Location: Broome County Library 3. We will be reading books written by Ezra Jack Keats and helping children with arts and crafts! C. Relay for Life - Friday-Saturday, April 24-25th 1. Time: 5:00 PM 2. Location: Binghamton University Events Center 3. So far we have raised $1,025! Help us meet our goal of $2,000 and join our group today! You can register for out team here. All the proceeds go to the American Cancer Society. 4. We will have a booth at the event to raise more money for ACS. D. Food Recovery Run - Wednesday, April 1st 1. Upcoming Dates: April 22nd & May 6th 2. Time: 5:30 PM 3. Location: CIW Dining Hall E. Binghamton Zoo Cleanup - Saturday, April 18th (& April 19th) 1. Time: TBD 2. Location: Ross Park Zoo 3. We will be helping the Ross Park Zoo with their annual Spring cleaning! Stay tuned for more information. F. LateNite Event - Saturday, April 18th 1. Waiting on confirmation - If approved, the event will be held on Saturday night, April 18th! 2. Location: Union Tillman Lobby II. Old Business A. Service Auction - March 13th 1. We raised $270 for the Eliminate Project! Thank you to everyone who offered services and those who bid on them! Make sure to complete your services before the end of the semester! B. The Southern Tier Divisional - March 14th 1. Thank you to those from Binghamton, Cornell and Elmira (who skyped in) for coming out and endorsing members for district elections! Also, thank you Walaa for the taco bar!

C. Willow Point Nursing Home - March 15th 1. Thank you to those who attended our second wine and cheese event! D. Dog Toys for Humane Society - March 17th 1. We got a big box of stuff. It was good! E. DCON: Awards & Elections - March 20th-22nd 1. Our club won several awards at DCON. Tully’s Fundraiser - Tuesday, March 24th 1. It was really fun! Hopefully we raised at least $10 because they won’t give us anything if it’s less than that. Let’s hope for the best! III. Open Forum A. End of Year Social - April 25th 1. Date and location TBD IV. Closing Business A. New Service Year: It begins on April 1st! Which means that this is Jerry’s last meeting as Club President! And this also means that this my very last K-Minute. -tearsV. Adjournment A. Meeting adjourned at 8:00 PM.

Thank  you  for  an  incredible  service  year.  You  guys  are  my  inspiration  to  keep  serving  others,  and  you  always  will  be.  I  hope  that  the  K-minute  managed  to  brighten  up  your  day  just  a  little  bit,  whether  it  be  because  of  a  quote,  a  picture,  a  cover,  or  an  event  -  whatever  it  was,  I  hope  it  made  you  feel  something  good.  Our  club  is  amazing,  and  I’m  so  proud  to  have  been   given  the  opportunity  to  help  it  grow  and  grow  with  it.  With  this,  I  wish  our  club  and  the  new  e-board  the  best  of  luck  for  the  2015-2016  service  year!  Keep  doing  amazing  things.  2014-2015  Secretary  Tina  Lee
