Meeting minutes for October 18th, 2021 Call to order: 8:04 pm Upcoming Events Southern Tier Divisional • Fri. Oct. 22nd 5pm • Join local Circle K clubs at this divisional at Cornell in Ithaca. Enjoy pizza, getting to know other Circle K’ers, a dog toy making event, and fellowship. Ithaca is about an hour away so please note that transportation will leave campus at about 3:30-4pm • Sign up by Wednesday 10/20 at 11:59pm Kiwanis Sign Clean-Up • Cancelled Food Bank of the Southern Tier • Tues. Oct. 26th 9am-12pm • Distributing Emergency Food • Plan to stay for the whole time • Sign ups open now until full – only 9 spots left! Broome County Library Trick-or-Treat • Fri. Oct. 29th 10am-2pm and Sat. 10/30 2pm-4pm • Help with the Trick-or-Treating Event • Sign up for either day • Deadline to sign up is Tues. 10/26 11:59pm Roberson Spooktacular • Sat. Oct. 30th 11am-3:30pm • 2 hr shifts • Help at activity or candy station • All spots filled! • Thank you for the great amount of interest! Halloweekend at Ross Park Zoo • Sunday, Oct. 31st 10:30am-3pm • Placements will include crossing guards, animal spotlight, gift shop, goat yard, concessions, etc. • Wear your costumes! • Sign ups in email and GroupMe! Circle K District Event: NY Speaking • Come join us at our second District Convention of the year! Here we’ll be engaging in fellowship events with members throughout NY District, enjoying engaging workshops, and most importantly getting to see each other in person! • Sign-ups closed Circle K District Event: DCON
