K Meeting Minutes 3_25_19 Called to Order: 8:09 Opening Remarks: ❖ Welcome! ❖ It’s Emily and the ’18/’19 e-board’s last meeting!! Past Events: •
DCON o March 22nd-24th at the Desmond Hotel in Albany! o Emily, Erin, Prachi, & Colleen went to DCON and had a great time!
▪ Congrats to Emily Patalano for winning an award for her amazing newsletters! ▪ Let’s give a shout out to all of us for receiving a plaque for our positive post-it notes! ▪ More importantly, please give yourself a pat on the back, we have completed 769 total service hours! •
Bake Sale! o March 25th o Thank you to all who helped bake and table!
Upcoming Events: •
Humane Society o March 30th o Two shifts: 8:30am-9:30am and 9:30am-10:30am! o If you signed up we have already reached out to you! o We need help with transportation-if you have a car please volunteer!!

Mother/Daughter dance o March 30th at 5:00-9:30pm in Endicott o We will be facilitating activities and helping serve food. o Please wear black and red as per request of the Junior League of Binghamton!
o We currently have seven people signed up and we love more people to come! •

Farwell: This
year has been an incredible journey! We have shared so many memories of smiles, laughs, and overall joy. There is a common bond between each and every member, and it is his or her passion to help the community. We will always be connected, even those of us who are graduating, as our desire to continue to transform into the best version of ourselves has made it possible to improve our society at large. Circle K is an amazing way to interact with others, make lasting friendships and truly become a family. More importantly, Circle K is embracing service above self which is simply put something that we all embody. Thank you for an amazing year! It has been an honor to serve as your eboard! •
