Start Time: 7:05 pm Opening Business a) What is Circle K? i) CKI is the world s largest collegiate service organization with a club here at Binghamton University! ii) CKI promotes service, leadership and fellowship with over 12,600 members worldwide. b) What do we do? i) We organize events and fundraisers to give back to our campus, community, nation and even the world. ii) If you are interested in boosting your resume, meeting great people and networking, all while doing amazing service, join Binghamton Circle K. Meet the e-board a) President John Tirino b) Vice President Amy Boglarski c) Secretary Karandeep Singh d) Treasurer Timothy Leung e) Editor Jenna Spak f) Webmaster Julia Dunnigan g) Bake Sale CC: Angela Wu h) Fellowship CC: Deborah Gabay i) Fundraising CC: Paty Acipreste j) Historian: Christina Holzhauer k) Public Relations: Kora Sileo l) Service Project: Courtney Aronica m) Governor s Project: Ponle Iluyomade n) District Project: Melissa Levine o) International Project: Elle Swete Upcoming Events a) Chenango Valley State Park Cleanup i) Monday, September 7th ii) We will be going to the State Park to participate in their cleanup b) United Way Day Of Caring i) Friday, September 11th ii) 1 PM- 4 PM iii) We will be going to the local Binghamton Rescue Mission to help paint as well as clean c) Broome County Library Special Reading Event i) Saturday, September 12th ii) We will be reading Curious George books to kids in honor of H.A. Rey s birthday coming up d) Cold Stone Fundraiser i) Wednesday, September 16th ii) 6-9 PM iii) Go buy ice-cream and milkshakes and tell them your are fundraising for Binghamton Circle K iv) 15% of your proceeds will go to our club! Come through! e) DLSSP i) September 25th- 27th at Kamp Kiwanis in Talberg, NY

CKI clubs from across the state get together for a weekend and volunteer together at large service projects organized by the district. iii) Link to register is in the email! iv) Everyone should sign up! Its going to be a blast! Dues a) If you would like to become an official member of Circle K International, there is a small yearly fee, also known as dues. i) $12.00 for the entire year ii) Insurance at CKI Events iii) Official Member of CKI iv) ID Cards, Pins, Etc.
