Call to order at 7:05 PM What is Circle K? a. Circle K is an International collegiate service organization with a club here at Binghamton University! b. Circle K International (CKI) promotes service, leadership, and fellowship with over 12,600 members worldwide. Why CKI? a. If you are interested in boosting your resume, meeting great people and networking, all while doing amazing service, join Binghamton Circle K! b. - John Meet our E-board a. President John Tirino b. International Project: Elle Swete Recent Events a. Binghamton Zoo Cleanup i. We went to the zoo and helped them clean up and prepare for the summer b. Relay for Life i. Our club helped raise over $2,300 for the American Cancer Society c. Service Auction for Eliminate i. The goal of the Eliminate project helped raise money to eliminate Maternal/neonatal tetanus ii. Our club put up a service auction to help raise money for the Eliminate Project d. Chenango Valley State Park Cleanup i. Members from our club went to CVSC and helped them clean up the park Upcoming Events a. United Way Day Of Caring i. Friday, September 11th ii. 1 PM- 4 PM iii. We will be going to the local Binghamton Rescue Mission to help paint as well as clean b. Broome County Library Special Reading Event i. Saturday, September 12th
ii. We will be reading Curious George books to kids in honor of H.A. c.

Cold Stone Fundraiser i. Wednesday, September 16th ii. 6-9 PM iii. Go buy ice-cream and milkshakes and tell them your are fundraising for Binghamton Circle K iv. 15% of your proceeds will go to our club! Come through! d. New Member Social i. Saturday, September 19th ii. 2 pm-5 pm iii. If you are a new member, this is a great chance for you to meet new people, make friends and have lots of fun! Link to RSVP is in the email. iv. Its going to be a blast e. DLSSP i. September 25th- 27th at Kamp Kiwanis in Talberg, NY ii. CKI clubs from across the state get together for a weekend and volunteer together at large service projects organized by the district. iii. Link to register is in the email! iv. Everyone should register! v. Wish List 1. The Wish list is a list of items that Kamp Kiwanis needs to better serve the children that visit the camp 2.
