We went to the zoo and helped with arts and crafts. It was a lot of fun b. Willow Point i. It was a lot of fun. We got to interact with the elderly 4) New Business a. Boo at the Zoo i. Friday, October 16th from 4:30-9:30 ii. We will be going and helping the zoo scare people at their annual zoo Hawloween event b. GeoHunt i. Saturday, October 17th from 2-5pm ii. $3 per person at tabling tomorrow in the Tillman Lobby and $4 per person at door iii. Teams of up to 4 iv. All proceeds go to American Association for Suicide Prevention c. Magic paintbrush i. Saturday, October 18th ii. Reorganize their office and there will be a leadership workshop afterwards 1. Great for anyone considering running for e-board positions for next year 2. Taking the 2 o Oakdale mall d. TGI Friday i. Monday, October 19th from 4pm-1am ii. Tell them from Binghamton Circle K and 20% of you bill will go to our club iii. Please go and invite your friends too!! It will be a huge help for our club budget!!
e. Dodgeball Tournament i. Tabling Wednesday, October 21st and Friday, October 30th in Marketplace from 12-4 pm ii. The event is November 4th, 2015 from 7-9 in Mandela room iii. Registration for teams is in the email iv. Teams of up to 6 people 1. The teams must have members of both genders*** v. All proceeds go to the Eliminate Project, whose goal is to eliminate MNT f. Trick-or-Canning i. Friday, October 23rd from 4:30-6:30 pm ii. Behind Target iii. We will be going around and trick or treating for canned goods and non-perishable food items iv. All the food will go to CHOW Food Bank g. Halloween Social i. Friday, October 23rd from 8-11 pm ii. Marcy Great Room iii. There will be snacks, games, music, a costume contest, movie and more!! 1. Its our annual fall conference ii. The theme is Murder Mystery. You will be put into groups and your goal will be to figure our who killed the main character to be revealed later iii. Many workshops on things including resumes, banking, CK events, etc. iv. Masquerade ball dance v. Keynote speaker from the Thirst Project vi. $100 for registration plus hotel fees. vii.
