Call to order at 7:01pm Opening Business a. Follow us on social media i. @BingCircleK b. Add us on B-Engaged i. It will help us get a bigger budget for next year from the SA and help us put on more fundraisers and events!! Old Business a. Trick-or-Canning i. We went around door to door asking for canned goods and donated it to CHOW food bank ii. We helped collect 71 pounds of food, which is around 80 meals!! b. Halloween Social i. It was really fun. We played lots of games, like toilet paper mummy, and eating donut from a string. ii. We also watched the movie “Mom has a date with a vampire” iii. We also dressed up for a costume contest c. Bake Sale i. For the American Breast Cancer Foundation ii. We raised around $83!! New Business a. Dodgeball Tournament i. We are tabling this Friday, October 30th in Marketplace from 12-4pm 1. Presale tickets are $5 per person, and its $7 per person at the door 2. You can have teams of up to 6 people 3. Please know you must have at least 1 person from each gender on the team ii. The tournament is November 4th, from 7-9pm in the Mandela Room iii. All the proceeds go to the Eliminate Project
iv. Everyone please make teams and come sign up at our tabling or pre-register online and pay at the door v. There will be food and lots (lots!) of prizes vi. You can also come in just to watch the game (You will still have to pay $7 at the door) b. Late Nite Event i. Scavenger Hunt 1. You will have to take pictures of things related to cancer that will be scattered all around ii. Friday, November 13th from 8-11pm in CIW iii. All proceeds go to Stupid Cancer iv. We get paid per hour based on how many people come and play. So please try to come though and play v. The event is help bring awareness for the Stupid Cancer organization c. New York Speaking i. Next Friday, November 6th to Sunday, November 8th in Lake George ii. It is hosted by the New York District of Circle K International iii. There will be fellowship activities, workshops and a Keynote speaker from the Thirst Project, which is our District Project d. Drives i. Water Bottles 1. Collect water bottles and the money we raise will go toward the Thirst Project ii. Box Tops 1. The money raised will be going to a local school iii. Can Tabs for the Ronald McDonald House iv. Jerry is collecting new or gently used shoes for his home Kiwanis Club

Open Forum a. Form groups and come up with ideas for November events/service projects i. Jerry’s Team 1. Go to Chow Food bank and help 2. De-stress event- give out hot chocolate outside Bartle 3. Blood Drive: reach out to Red Cross 4. November 13th- World Kindness day a. Put up post-it notes around campus 5. Bu Acers Club 6. Therapy Dogs 7. Work with the Rescue Mission 8. Spoon University Club- Thanksgiving Dinner ii. Seth: Toys for Tots Christmas Telethon on BTV iii. Thanksgiving cook off- Make a dish and pay to go around and try out the food. The winner gets a prize iv. Care Packages 1. For soldiers to send over seas 2. We could do Para cord bracelets v. Mowember- for Prostate Cancer awareness 1. Take a picture of all the guys and put a dollar for the person with the best beard/ mustache vi. Coat drive vii. Turkey Cookies to sell viii. Donate pencils to schools Closing Business a.
