Call to order at 7:02pm Opening Business a. Follow us on social media @BingCircleK b. Add us on B-Engaged i. The more members we have, the better chance we have at getting a higher budget next semester. So please add us! It only takes a minute  c. The Southern Tier Divisional i. Saturday, December 5th ii. LTG Tina Lee with be hosting the divisional in Binghamton, and people from other clubs in our division will be coming here to attend iii. You will get to interact with people from other clubs in the Division iv. Everyone and anyone is welcomed to attend v. There will be a popcorn bar and fellowship activities!! vi. Room and time TBA Old Business a. Scavenger Hunt i. We had about 17 groups and 39 people altogether show up ii. We made $50 that will go towards Stupid Cancer iii. The prizes included 2 chocolate baskets b. Door Decor i. We sold raffle tickets for wreaths and the proceeds from it will go to Chow, Rescue Mission and Mom’s Kitchen New Business a. Rescue Mission Meal i. Tuesday, November 24th from 4-7pm at United Presbyterian Church Downtown ii. Rescue Mission has a community meal the 3rd Tuesday of every month

iii. We will be helping serve food to those who are economically disadvantaged iv. John will be driving v. Signups are in the email. We need about 56 people. So please do sign up!! b. November Bake Sale i. Tuesday, November 24th from 12-4pm ii. It will be underwater themed and all the proceeds will go toward the Thirst Project, which is our district project 1. The goal of the Thirst Project is to end the world water crisis 2. The goal of the Thirst Project right now is to build wells in Swaziland and end the water crisis there by 2022 iii. We will also be selling Cups that we make in the meeting today c. Food Recovery Runs i. Every Wednesday at 5:15pm ii. We help pack and weight left over food from CIW Dining Hall to be donated to CHOW Food Bank iii. There won’t be one next week but it will resume after we come back from break iv. Please contact Elle at gswete1@binghamton.edu if you’re interested d. Salvation Army Bell Ringing i. Saturday, December 12th from 11-7pm ii. We will stand outside the Weis Market and ring a bell. There will be a bucket for people to donate money for the Salvation Army iii. There will be two hour shifts, with 2 people at each shift iv. “Do we have to wear Santa suits?”- Walaa 1. No you don’t have to wear a Santa Suit

e. Krispy Kreme Fundraiser i. Monday, December 14th from 12-4pm in the Marketplace ii. It’s a $1 for a donut, $5 for 6 and $10 for a dozen iii. Some of the proceeds from selling the donuts go to the Thirst Project, and the rest will go to Geller Oncology Fund at Lourdes Hospital f. Water Bottles i. All the money that we make from the bottles will be donated to the Thirst Project, and you also have a chance to win raffle tickets g. Box Tops i. We will be donating them to a local school, and you can win raffle tickets that will be used to win prizes at our end of the year social! h. Can Tabs i. We will be donating them to the Ronald McDonald House! i. Shoes i. Don't forget to bring in any new or slightly used pair of shoes you have to donate to a shoe drive Closing Business a. Service Project- Decorate Cups to be sold at the Bale sale i. The proceeds go to the Thirst Project b. Enjoy your Break! Meeting adjourned at 7:30pm
