Banquet Carts A banquet cart will hold food at a ready-to-serve temperature making it an ideal solution to ensure service runs smoothly. There are many different shapes and sizes available, most sized accordingly to their gastronorm tray capacity. Some carts have on-board heating or cooling systems, whilst others are ambient which allows them to be used for either hot or cold foods.
