2016 ANNUAL REVIEW
CHAIR'S REPORT Burwell Print is entering its 28th year and I am delighted to report that the charity continues to build success year on year. The challenge for everyone associated with the enterprise, (Staff, Volunteers, Trustees and Supporters) is how best to ensure the hard-earned success built over a quarter of a century is maintained for the foreseeable future. There have been many changes over these years and it is inevitable that we will encounter further changes in the future. However, I am confident that the team will continue to meet and beat the challenges as they arise. Our core objectives at the heart of the enterprise are: • Provide invigorating, challenging, rewarding and enjoyable workplace training and experience for our Printers. • Raise awareness of the potential of people with learning disabilities. • Provide quality printing products and services to the local community at competitive prices. • Prudent management to maintain a strong and secure financial position. The team has once again performed outstandingly well together in achieving the results you will read in this Annual Report. These include: • Financial targets met: prudent budgeting, balancing the need to invest in the future while keeping a close eye on our financial position in relation to cash reserves. • Strategic investment in upgrading our IT system to maintain our competitive capability. Details of our financial performance for 2015/16 are covered in the Treasurer’s Report. We are in a strong position but we can already see challenges ahead. For example we are dependent on income from three main sources and each has its own challenges. 1. Direct support from government for the adult social care and training that we provide. We are keenly aware that government funding will continue to come under pressure as the era of austerity continues. Our response to this situation is to focus our efforts on providing even more attractive opportunities for our Printers by extending the workplace training and experience. As reported last year we have established a specific sub-group (Social Care and Training) to address this area. 2. Commercial sales of our products and services. We clearly operate in a commercially competitive market and we recognise that we need to expand our customer base and increase local awareness of our products and services and the benefits to our community. 3. Income from fundraising activities and donations. There is ever increasing competition for charitable donations. We have identified that as a key project for the future and have set up a dedicated sub-group to address this sector. So it is with great confidence and enthusiasm that all of us here at Burwell Print approach the year ahead. A year that will no doubt bring with it some new challenges. But more importantly, a year of fresh opportunities which will enable our charity to continue to deliver the same outstanding training for our Printers and high quality of service to our customers as it has for the last twenty-seven years!

TRAINING Following a successful funding application to the Community Adult Learning Fund (within Cambridgeshire County Council) four of our Printers joined forces with four people from Darwin Nurseries, CamTrust and Red2Green to take part in and deliver the Fruitful Learning Project. Over the course of 27 weeks we worked together in mixed groups to produce Happy Apple Juice, Merry Marmalade and Jolly Jam. We sweated and toiled over hot stoves, travelled to Wisbech to an apple juicing factory, and Histon to a strawberry farm. We negotiated with each other, and had democratic votes on the design of labels and names of the produce. It was brilliant to discover unknown talents and to witness people helping and supporting others so that we all benefitted from these new work experiences and opportunities. At the end of each of the three production ‘projects’ we organised a community event and welcomed members of the public. We particularly enjoyed the Apple Day in October where we washed and squashed buckets full of apples to produce our Happy Apple Juice. Also, at the end of our Jolly Jam sessions we invited people in for cream teas and games activities, and from my recollections one of the favourite activities was wet sponges being thrown at willing victims in the stocks. All in all sixteen learners, along with two or three members of staff from each of the four Social Enterprises, worked collaboratively and as a result of this four small teams became one huge team. We are really hoping that more funding is available so that we can work together again as we have lots of ideas for future projects together.

IN ADDITION TO WORKING IN THE PRINT ROOM… Enabling our Printers to have opportunities in their lives is central to what we do and being able to access other work experience in different settings benefits our Printers hugely. Last autumn Dan began volunteering at Burwell Day Centre. Dan assisted with laying the tables ready for lunch and making hot drinks for the members. There was also time for him to chat to the Centre’s members. “It’s nice to socialise. I used to be nervous but I feel happy to talk to people now.” This weekly work experience helped Dan to grow in confidence and practical skills; he also enjoyed the independence of getting himself to work by walking to the Day Centre. Dan is currently volunteering in his second 'season' at the Chicken Shed in Fordham. Dan is very enthusiastic about his work there and looks forward to going. Dan said “It’s a friendly place to be and gives charities a chance to raise money and I like serving and talking to the customers.” CentrePeace in Burwell has been a valuable source of work experience for many years. This year John, Usman and Steven have benefitted from voluntary work there, and of course CentrePeace welcomes their help. At the moment Edward is helping on Monday mornings and doing a grand job. We are always looking for suitable work environments where our Printers can learn new skills and demonstrate what they can do as it is important for their personal development.

PRINTING The amount of printing we have had this year has been generally good, however the challenge has been to try and balance the extremely busy periods with the extremely quiet times. Our work force, the Printers, are so hardworking and efficient that when we get a job in, it can be turned around in just a matter of days. Once again the St Andrews Soham school yearbooks have been a success this year with a quick turnaround and very successful perfect binding. This binding machine has also been very useful for glued invoice pads and short-run book production and as a result of this we are promoting this service. Our photo and image services have been very successful although our photo machine was out of action over Christmas due to a fault. After it was repaired and updated it now has additional features that make it much more user friendly. The video copying service has been going well and attracts customers who otherwise wouldn’t visit Burwell Print and we have also converted a number of customer’s slides into JPEG format and printed their photos. The new debit/credit card reader is a valuable addition as it enables us to take card payments from customers when they collect their work and provides a receipt and an email copy of each transaction for our records.
Chris O’Neill PRINT COORDINATOR/SUPPORT WORKER
DESIGN Once again it been another busy year in the design room. Our main areas of work continue to be logos, stationery for small businesses, branding projects and regular newsletter publications. After many years of turning away customers who have asked us to design websites, we decided to add this service to our portfolio. This has of course added a number of new challenges for myself and the team, and we are slowly increasing our skills in this area. The new Apple iMacs and of course Adobe Creative Cloud software help to make this process a lot easier. We have had an increased number of artists using our excellent scanning service and gicleé printing on the Canon large format printer, which continues to produce amazing colour reproduction. Artists are alway keen to see that we can turn their paintings into greeting cards which they can sell at art and craft fairs and online. The photo studio area is always in regular use for passport photographs and more recently for individual headshots, used for workplace welcome boards. It remains a challenge to bring new products and income streams that will ensure Burwell Print thrives in this fast-paced technically challenging world we live in.

PERSPECTIVES I have been a volunteer at Burwell Print since 2011, usually on Monday mornings and Wednesday afternoons. I had been volunteering for nearly four years when I was offered the chance to become a part-time member of staff, providing relief cover for staff holidays and other absences and this was something that I was very happy to accept. In my slightly different role I have taken on more responsibility and learned a lot more about the Print Centre, especially when it comes to using all the different machines. I have also got to know all of the Printers throughout the week as I previously only knew those who came on Mondays and Wednesdays, which is a great part of the work I do. I feel a valued part of the Burwell Print team and enjoy my work no matter what role I am playing.
Elliott Steel VOLUNTEER AND RELIEF SUPPORT WORKER Burwell Print has helped me a lot over the past four years in developing my skills, as well as helping me to feel more confident. Social Enterprises like Burwell Print are extremely important to us as they allow us to do a job in a way that we can cope with. Printers and staff at Burwell Print are very friendly and it’s a nice atmosphere. I have also done work experience at Cilla’s Chicken Shed which is a family-run charity in Fordham where I live. Also, Burwell Print found me a placement at the Burwell Day Centre on Friday mornings throughout the winter when the Chicken Shed Café is closed and I have learnt new skills and had a new experience. Before coming to Burwell Print I studied lots of different courses at Cambridge Regional College. My favourite was called Contex and this course was for people with mild learning difficulties. I did sport, Independent Living Skills, Rights and Responsibilities, and Healthy Living. I also had a tutor come to my house to help me with homework which helped me a lot in passing the courses. I did other courses but I struggled with the assignments. At College I was elected twice to be on the Student Council. During this time we would meet with senior College sector leaders and discuss problems that some students were having. We had some very good outcomes and I always love a good challenge! During this time I found out that some students weren’t getting all the support they needed and I felt a lot of this was that students didn’t feel comfortable talking about their problems. I am very grateful for all the help that I have received and the continuous support is very important to me.

I have been working at Burwell Print for 10 years and before that I was at a residential college in Coventry. When I had finished college I started looking for a job and I also went to Cambridge Regional College one day a week to further my independence skills. I learnt about Burwell Print through Papworth Trust and the Job Centre. I started working as a Print and Design Assistant. I have learnt to use Microsoft Publisher and recently starting to use Adobe InDesign. I Like to work as part of a team and and really like serving customers. Some of of jobs that I get involved in are updating and printing of the internal forms and letterheaded paper etc. One of the jobs that I particularly liked doing was the Cambridge Fire and Rescue calendar.
Jonathan Rogers GENERAL ASSISTANT Our son, 10 years on… While Steven was at Cambridge Regional College he was offered a work experience placement at Burwell Print to help him fill his week with interesting things to do. Initially, when Steven started at the Burwell Print he was very nervous and apprehensive as it was a complete change from his normal daily routine. He wouldn’t enter the building without mum or dad being with him to coax him in. Over the years, with the support of all the staff and other Printers, Steven has become a more independent individual who is now more confident in just about everything he does as he’s lost the nervous and apprehensive traits he used to have. In fact now he can’t wait to get out of the car and walk up the driveway on his own. He still does get concerned over changes to his routine but soon recovers his confidence and enjoys new challenges. Each year the staff at the Print Centre set all the Printers new challenges and goals to improve their capabilities and learn new skills. With their help Steven appears to enjoy new challenges and completes these tasks in time. Many of these new tasks he now completes independently. As Steven’s confidence has grown Sue and the Support Workers thought that he would benefit from leaving Burwell Print one day and replacing it with one day at Darwin Nursery, another Social Training Enterprise in Cambridge. This suggestion was so far out of his comfort zone, particularly as he hates getting his hands dirty, but, with gentle persuasion he decided to try it. Now he is very pleased to be there as he can work in the shop which he really enjoys. With the support of the staff and his friends Steven is now increasing the jobs he can do by working outside and getting his hands dirty with weeding etc. Over the years Steven has made a lot of friends at Burwell Print and now at Darwin Nursery, which has helped him to improve socially. Overall, Steven has become a more confident individual with thanks to staff at Burwell Print over the last 10 years, and Darwin Nursery for the past few months.

PRINTER'S PROGRESS Although the main focus of our newsletter "Printer’s Progress" has always been about the Printers, we wanted to encourage Printers to become more directly involved in putting the newsletter together. Hana has been inspired by this and taken a great interest, writing articles as well as compiling word searches. She included photographs from her holiday and wrote a report to accompany them. Hana said “It was good to do some writing it makes you feel like part of a group. I like to tell people what I have done, then they might like to do the same thing.” Writing a piece for Printer’s Progress gives some Printers the opportunity to use a computer and practise IT skills. Other Printers who don’t have IT skills have been involved by commenting on events or print work and their words quoted in the newsletter.

A further development is the introduction of regular articles. Edward, a Monday Printer works with Elliott, one of our Volunteers, to produce an article on the fortunes of Cambridge United FC. Both are life-long fans of the club and season ticket holders. The pair work in partnership deciding what to report to our readers, Edward writes the article with input from Elliott and saves it on the computer ready to be used. Our volunteer Geoff runs, with Jane, a weekly Gardening Group. Geoff keeps us up to date with what is growing (and what’s not!) in a regular article, “Lost the Plot” which reports the group’s progress. I think this has been a good year for Printer’s Progress with interesting articles and news to read. The Printers' involvement not only increases the opportunities we offer at Burwell Print, it gives a special enhancement to Printer’s Progress and gives our Printers ownership and pride in their newsletter.

FROM OUR CUSTOMERS Everybody at Burwell Print is always very helpful. Almost anything I’ve asked for has been done very promptly, professionally and to a high standard. I really appreciate it when they say a job can’t be done to my timetable as I much prefer that to being disappointed. I use Burwell Print for personal printing as well as the Womens’ Institute and the Village Gardeners. Plus, all the jobs I get done are amazing value for money. Thank you Burwell Print.

Just a quick one to say how delighted we were with the booklets. The Headteacher and the parents who received them last night were very much impressed. Thank you very much for all your hard work, especially considering the tight deadline. We will be doing more but with more time to plan them next time! Thank you again – both your work and your team’s work is much appreciated. Best wishes,

GROUP REPORTS SOCIAL CARE & TRAINING This year at Burwell Print we created a new sub-group – Social Care & Training – after identifying a need as part of the PQASSO process we undertook previously. The sub-group is comprised of Staff (Sue and Mel), long-standing Trustees (John and Martin), as well as our most recent Trustee, Steve Verney, who has specific, relevant experience in the Social Care & Training arena. We meet every two or three months. Most of the existing sub-groups at Burwell Print have counterparts in any organisation; they are tasked with ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Print Centre as a business, as well as serving its long-term strategic goals. So, for example, you would find the likes of the Employment, Business Development & Marketing, and Health & Safety sub-groups in most if not all businesses and organisations. How is the Social Care & Training sub-group different? Well, it acts as an interface between Trustees and Staff, with particular emphasis on discussing the aspects of Social Care and Training as they relate to Burwell Print and its Printers. It regards the needs of the Printers as paramount, looks for ways to enhance their training, and feeds information back to the other Trustees. Our first success as a sub-group has been to obtain iPads for our Printers. We researched suitable educational Apps, decided which iPad models we should buy, raised the funding (for which we must thank Newmarket Lions) and received feedback from grateful Printers who use the iPads to improve their skills, as well as having some fun during break times! The experience of taking part in this sub-group has been very rewarding and illuminating for its Trustee members. We all hope it goes from strength to strength.
Martin Ley TRUSTEE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING The income we generate from the sale of our products and services is a key part of our ability to sustain our enterprise. In the years ahead we anticipate an increasing financial reliance on our commercial sales. Operating in a competitive market – as highlighted in the Chairman’s Report – one of our challenges is to increase awareness in the local community of our capabilities. We do however have a limited advertising budget, and unfortunately do not have a prominent site for example on a busy High Street. So we rely heavily on our existing loyal customer base, and others associated with Burwell Print, to spread the word, for which we are very appreciative. There are still however a large number of people in the community who are not aware of the excellent range of products and services we can provide, and so we are very keen for any help with raising our profile in the community. The Business Development Group meets regularly throughout the year searching for potential new products and services, and ways to improve awareness of our capabilities. These are some of the activities that we have initiated:

Updating our Website Using Social Media e.g. Facebook page Participating in local events such as the Burwell Festival and Burwell at Large Organising and hosting the Christmas Fayre at Mandeville Hall Post Office advertising screen Sports Centre Saturday workshops days e.g. our Mug/Coaster day last November We have joined Business Networking Groups in Newmarket Introduced new products e.g. Photographic Prints in conjunction with a local Photographic Club Extending our customer base for School Yearbooks
This group continues to evaluate the potential and opportunities for our products and services. On-going developments will not only meet the needs of our community, but give additional workplace skills and training to those at the heart of our enterprise – our Printers.
Tony Estall TRUSTEE HEALTH AND SAFETY Every activity or piece of equipment in the Print Centre has a risk assessment and these are checked to make sure that they are updated as necessary. In the last year the garden furniture has been replaced and a new boiler has been fitted. A number of the Printers take part in the building maintenance project, which ensures that the building is regularly checked and kept in the best condition possible. Staff have completed First Aid training and Epilepsy Awareness Refresher Courses. A wide range of waste is recycled which means less than one black bag of residual waste needs to be disposed of each week. An independent review of our Health and Safety policy is taking place to make sure it covers all recent legislation and is as up to date as possible. Regular fire drills take place to help everyone know what to do in an emergency. My thanks go to Chris and Melissa for all their work on the committee.
Hazel Williams TRUSTEE
FINANCIAL REPORT I am pleased to be able to report that after another solid performance our financial position remains strong and we continue to be on track in maintaining our financial security for the immediate future. The key objectives and responsibilities of the Finance Group are: • Maximise operating surplus, Income less Expenditure (excluding Capital Expenditure), and our policy is to budget for a positive operating surplus. • Maintain liquid reserves at a minimum level equivalent to 6 months of our operating costs. With our current cost base this is ~ £100k. • In addition to these reserves we also target to maintain sufficient cash at hand to cover the normal variations in operational cashflow. • Regular meetings are held to review progress against budget through the year to enable actions to be taken or concerns to be raised in a timely manner if required. • The business reviews Capital Expenditure applications on a case-by-case basis and the Finance Group provide the financial analysis on the proposal for the Trustees to consider. In relation to these general objectives the following is a summary of our results for 2015/16 compared to the previous year: • Sales at £116.5k were virtually the same as last year (0.3% decrease). However with further improvements in manufacturing efficiencies there was actually a 0.7% increase in the Contribution from Sales (i.e. Sales £116.5k less the cost of Materials £34.7k) to £81.8k • Other Income from investments was £ 2.1k • A significant increase in funds from donations and fundraising activities to £8.3k • There was a slight drop of about £1.k in Income from Social Care and Training to £112.3k • Total income for the year was £239.2k • Employment costs increased 2.4% to £ 158.9k
16
• Overhead expenditure rose to £40.7k due in part to the fact we are now paying business rates and there were specific maintenance costs on some equipment • Total expenditure was £234.3k • In 2015/16 we budgeted for a small positive operating surplus of £834. Through the diligent efforts of the team we were able to achieve an operating surplus of £4.9k for the year. As stated previously, applications for Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) are presented on a caseby-case basis and decisions made on current and projected finance situation. In 2015/16 we made a strategic investment of £7.9k in upgrading our IT infrastructure. We also replaced our ageing guillotine with a more modern and user-friendly interface at a cost of £6k. Our total capital expenditure was £13.9K. This investment has been made to ensure we can maintain a competitive design and printing operation. This expenditure has been made whilst maintaining the level of cash reserves advised as prudent by the Board of Trustees. At the end of March 2016 our total accumulated assets were £226.7k of which £88.1k was in the form of buildings and equipment. The balance of £138.6K comprises cash deposits, stock, amounts due from customers less sum due to suppliers. The total of cash held in Bank deposits was £119k consistent with our reserves policy as outlined earlier. The full accounts of Burwell Community Print Centre as audited by Streets Chartered Accountants, Charter House, 62-64 Hills Road, Cambridge, CB2 1LA were approved by the Trustees on 5th September 2016.

STARTERS & LEAVERS STARTERS Hana Smid Hana joined the team at the start of the year and has settled in really well. Hana shows huge commitment as she travels from the north of Peterborough by train and taxi to get here! Hana shared “I really like the booklet maker and doing the scrapbooking with Mel. Friendly and nice people and I do enjoy a joke or two!! In my free time I like swimming, horse riding, sailing, art and crafts, pottery and animals.”
Adrian Cornell Adrian joined us soon after Hana at the end of January. He has enjoyed learning lots of new tasks and takes great care in his work. Adrian said “I have made many new friends and my best day of the week is Friday – the day I am at Burwell Print! My favourite job is using the booklet maker. Each week I make up the Printer’s wages. I am looking forward to working in Reception.” Adrian is an avid football supporter and follows the fortunes of Liverpool and Cambridge United where he regularly attends their home matches. Adrian also likes playing football on his Xbox 360.
Nicholas Milczarek Nicholas joined us in August. He had visited Burwell Print earlier this year with another social enterprise Copy Cats. Nicholas moved to Burwell in the summer and decided to try us out. Nicholas said “I am finding the work here interesting. So far my favourite machine is the big guillotine. I think all the people here, are very friendly.” Nicholas is a rugby fan and also likes being outdoors in the garden in his spare time. Nicholas and his brother recently built a hedgehog hotel in their garden!
Simon Peters Simon started at Burwell Print in May because he was looking for something different to do in a workplace setting. Simon said " I find all the jobs at Burwell Print interesting and I like to keep busy. Also I am making new friends and this has helped my confidence when speaking to people."

...and Introducing our newest Trustee, Steve Verney I have lived in Burwell since 1997 with my wife Charlotte and two daughters Emily and Alice. I was born in Newmarket, but spent my formative years in Walthamstow and Leyton. I love many sports and still play rugby for Cambridge 3rds but aches and pains are taking longer to heal so 16/17 may be my last season. I currently work as a Financial Advisor for Foresters Group, and most of my working life has been spent in the finance industry, as a City trader, mortgage broker and other banking jobs. I also spent five years working for Metropolitan Housing Association supporting five adults with profound physical and learning difficulties. I really miss this type of work and that’s why I became interested in the work of Burwell Print. I became a Trustee because I think I can use my experience in this sector to add something positive to the organisation. I am also a member of the newly-formed Adult Social Care & Training Group in February 2015 and, more recently, Treasurer.
LEAVERS Josh Dellow Josh decided towards the end of last year that it was time for him to leave Burwell Print. Josh had learnt a great deal in his time here and had matured into a more independent young man. As reported in a previous Printer’s Progress, Josh was working on a farm project one day a week. Josh has a real passion for animals and being outdoors and wanted to spend more time at the farm. Josh’s last day with us was just before Christmas when we presented him with a book of memories from his years at Burwell Print. Good luck Josh!
Janet Holden Janet moved on from Burwell Print at the end of August last year. Janet had been a printer here for over 15 years. During that time Janet had been part of the Burwell Print's development and seen numerous changes. An accomplished printer, Janet learnt many skills with us and was particularly good at operating several of the machines. Janet has lots of friends at Burwell Print who were sad to see her leave but wish her well in the future.
Julie Powell Julie worked with us for many years, but due to recurring bouts of poor health, she decided that she had to leave.

AND FINALLY... Well, as I always say, and have done for thirteen years, I can’t believe I am sat here writing this report again as I can’t believe how the year has flown by. As you will have read in all the previous reports we have again met many predictable and new challenges that have come our way and we have come out smiling most of the time. If I was to be asked what’s been my favourite achievement of the year I would be hard pressed to come up with one answer. When I think of all the components of all our achievements I guess the common thread is that we have met all of them as a team. • • • • •
Printers who teach me a thing or two every day Staff who remain trusting and with a willingness to give many of our ideas a go Volunteers who step in and step up as required Trustees who work to keep us all in check and provide sound governance Customers who remain faithful and promote our business whenever they can.
In my role, one of my main responsibilities is to make sure we are well placed and recognised across a multitude of sectors and communities – adult social care, business, the voluntary and charity sector, as well as our local community of Burwell and surrounding towns and villages. Also, as an active member of the Social Training Enterprise Group (STEnG) I endeavour to work with Cambridgeshire County Council staff from its Senior Officers through to staff at the coal face, to ensure that peoples’ needs and aspirations are met, whether it’s their rights to meaningful work experience placements or having their say at reviews. As the impact of the government’s policy of austerity takes effect, and the consequent cuts to local authority budgets start to bite, we all work really hard to reduce the impact on Burwell Print as much as we can. One way is our endless energy and creativity for new product ideas, methods of marketing ourselves and getting new customers through the door who wouldn’t necessarily be coming in. One of our favourite ways to achieve this is making sure that Burwell Print is a real and dynamic part of our local community. We are always involved in the Burwell Carnival, Burwell Festival, organising Saturday art and crafts workshops and of course our biggest community event – Christmas Fayres in 2014, 2015 and a third one planned in December 2016. This event goes from strength to strength and ticks many boxes for Burwell Print, Burwell residents and all the local arts and crafts people who enjoy being at our Fayre to sell their products. All of us involved with Burwell Print will gladly sing its praises from dawn to dusk, but how do we monitor and record this? Our Printers have recently completed a Satisfaction Survey and I look forward to bringing all their comments together, as we ask: • • • •
What do you like and dislike about working at Burwell Print? What skills have you developed? Is there anything new that you would you like to try? What would you like to achieve in the future?
We also complete Customer, Staff and Volunteer surveys and I will be able to report on these findings later in the year.
20
Although all members of our staff team have worked here several years we meet regularly to share ideas and concerns, identify our training needs and support each other wherever we can. We have regular staff meetings and an annual Closure Day which is the only time in the year that we can all work together. Once again in 2015/2016 we welcomed Year 10 students from Newmarket Academy and Bottisham Village College, as well as students completing their Duke of Edinburgh Awards. What wonderful young people we have met over the years and many of them keep in touch and a couple of them have been ‘persuaded’ to put on elf costumes at our Christmas Fayres. As well as providing in-house work experience and training we have continued to work closely with CentrePeace, a local charity run by St Mary’s Church, and their volunteers support two or three Printers each year to have the opportunity to do something a bit different by working in their small charity shop in the village. This year I am pleased to say we have also initiated and supported off-site work experiences at the Chicken Shed in Fordham – thank you Cilla and at the Burwell Day Centre – thank you Ellie. Well. I think it’s time for me to draw to a close. I do hope that our enthusiasm, forward thinking, informed risk taking, respectful ways of working, mutual support, friendship, fun and team efforts have come across in all the reports you have read.
