Međunarodno nagrađivani konceptualni projekat „eXpedicija na Mars“, koji je za BMW kreirala i realizovala agencija M2Communications, najbolji je primer događaja koji je pored tehnološke i produkcijske avangarde otišao korak dalje. Ovaj događaj je svim zvanicama pružio emociju i autentično iskustvo koje se dugo pamti, ostavljajući lični pečat i uticaj i na konkurenciju u auto industriji i njihov doživljaj organizacije događaja ove vrste. „Inicijalni impuls i ideja bili su nam da kreiramo iskustvo koje se na nesvakidašnji način povezuje sa brendom i koje se razlikuje od svega što se do tada moglo videti i osetiti na događajima u auto industriji. "Shaping Memories", a creative concept that accompanied the opening of a brand new luxury town, marina and hotel on the Adriatic coast - The Chedi Luštica Bay - inspired by unique motifs, indigenous legends and tradition of Montenegro's Boka Kotorska Bay, was fully designed and developed by the Belgrade-based M2Communications agency.
Ideja da se za više od 1500 zvanica iz celog sveta prikaže neverovatna prirodna lepota poluostrva Luštice, pažljivo ukrašena najnovijim luksuznim kompleksom koji je u savršenoj harmoniji sa svojim okruženjem, kulminirala je spektakularnim događajem koji je već odneo titulu najluksuznijeg događaja sezone na primorju.
The idea to showcase to more than 1,500 guests from all over the world the amazing natural beauty of the Luštica peninsula, carefully adorned by a brand new luxury resort in perfect harmony with its natural surroundings, culminated in a spectacular event which has already won the acclaim as the number one luxury event of the season.

Novi BMW 8 kupe upravo silazi sa montažne trake u fabrici kompanije BMW u Dingolfingu, dok se motor za ovu najdinamičniju varijantu modela izrađuje u glavnoj fabrici kompanije u Minhenu. Paralelno sa početkom proizvodnje luksuznog sportskog automobila, završeno je sklapanje prvih V8 motora za BMW M850i xDrive kupe. Agregat od 4,4 litre koji razvija snagu od 390 kW/530 ks i pokreće BMW M Performance automobile proizvodi se u fabrici motora BMW Grupe na tradicionalnoj proizvodnoj lokaciji ove kompanije, gde je najnovija tehnologija i veština iskusnih stručnjaka objedinjena u proizvodnom procesu u kome se maksimalna pažnja posvećuje kvalitetu. Parallel to the start of production of the luxury sports car, assembly of the first V8 engines for the BMW M850i xDrive Coupe has been completed. The 4.4-litre, 390 kW/530 hp power unit for the BMW M Performance automobile is built at the BMW Group’s engine plant at the tradition-steeped BMW Group production location, where the latest hi-tech processes and the skilled craftsmanship of experienced experts are incorporated into a manufacturing process that is characterised by the highest degree of quality awareness. As a result, an engine is produced that arouses particularly emotional driving pleasure due to its fascinating combination of supreme running smoothness and racing-inspired performance.

Izvanredan karakter novog V8 motora vidljiv je i u postupku proizvodnje u fabrici motora u Minhenu. Izrada agregata visokih performansi u velikoj meri ostvaruje se preciznim radom vrhunskih stručnjaka pri čemu svaki motor prolazi kroz individualni postupak proizvodnje. Blok motora, kućište radilice i glava motora novog V8 agregata dopremaju se u Minhen iz livnice lakih metala fabrike BMW grupe u gradu Landshut, i sklapaju se na nosačima sistema koji imaju ugrađene jedinice za skladištenje podataka i potom prolaze dalju mehaničku obradu sa najvećim stepenom preciznosti. Zahvaljujući tome u procesu proizvodnje moguće je sačuvati sve podatke vezane za kvalitet, kao što su momenti zatezanja vijaka ili zazori ventila. Razmena podataka osigurava da se na svim montažnim stanicama koriste odgovarajući alati i momenti zatezanja za svaki motor. Pored toga, glavnim komponentama kao što su klizni ležaji, klipnjača ili glava motora dodeljuju se posebne šifre. Na taj način moguće je precizno pratiti razvoj svake komponente, od prijema robe do ugradnje.
The extraordinary character of the new V8 engine is also reflected in the manufacturing processes applied at the Munich engine plant. Production of the high-performance power plant is effected using to a large extent the precision craftsmanship of highly qualified specialists who put each engine though an individual manufacturing process. Engine block, crankcase and cylinder head of the new V8 power unit are delivered to Munich by the light-metal foundry at the BMW Group Landshut plant, assembled on systems carriers with integrated data units and mechanically further processed with the highest degree of precision. As a result, it is possible during the manufacturing process to store all quality-related data such as tightening torques for bolts or valve clearances. The data exchange ensures that suitable tools and tightening torques for each respective engine are used at all assembly stations. In addition, main components such as bearing shells, con rods or cylinder heads are allocated an individual code. In this way, it is possible to keep precise track of the development of each component, from goods reception to installation.

Omega 45 je jasan primer potpuno nove TECHNOHULL® DynaStream patentirane tehnologije za izradu trupa, koju brodogradilište u potpunosti primenjuje. Procenjivanjem radnog opsega svakog modela i zahteve za daljinu plovidbe, grčko brodogradilište je izvelo zasebna ograničenja konstrukcije trupa. Koristeći najsavremenije kompjuterske programe i algoritme za strukturu trupa, potvrđeni su ključni aspekti konstrukcije trupa. Cutting-edge technology has been used in every stage of the creation of Omega 45. Characteristics such as CNC prototyping, ceramic-coated moulds, foam cored layers, mean this boat makes strength one of its strong points. Omega 45 is a clear example of the all-new TECHNOHULLŽ DynaStream patented hull technology, fully implemented by the shipyard. By evaluating the working envelope of each model and the demands of the range, the Greek shipyard has derived separate hull design constraints. Using state-of-the-art computer programmes and hull structure algorithms, key hull design aspects have been confirmed. After several design loops, the hydrodynamic profile is streamlined. As a result, strake geometry, step number, step positioning and the variable dead-rise distribution along the hull’s surface have been optimised. The combination of the above has resulted in a boat that is perfectly balanced, efficient and extremely seaworthy, perfect for fast commuting, yet with a very smooth and safe ride, providing a high thrill factor both for the expert and newcomer. The shipyard also offers options to owners who prefer an inboard diesel engine propulsion system, including stern drives or high power engines, coupled with surface drive systems. These characteristics make Omega 45 ideal for covering long distances without sacrificing comfort or pleasure.

ot so long ago there used to be nothing but rocks in the small bay of the Luštica peninsula. Rocks shaped by nature overlooking the open sea. Soon after an idea was born to reshape these rocks and reclaim this place from nature, enabling people to enjoy this singular view of the sea from comfortable loungers and spacious terraces. This idea was then turned into reality and that is how Luštica Bay was born. The initial idea of transforming this rocky place included the design and construction of a residential complex and a hotel with stone facades. The whole settlement was built in the style of old Mediterranean towns, simple and functional, with the central part of the sea shore dominated by the first in a series of hotels, The Chedi Luštica Bay. The hotel with the entire settlement is crowned with five stars. An airport is situated 15 minutes away, in the immediate vicinity of Tivat, while the main marina lies in front of the hotel where boats up to 35m can drop their anchor. Dolcevita 110 je luksuzna jahta od 34m koju je izgradila Riva u Italiji i isporučila u 2018. godini. Jahtu pogone dva dizel motora tipa MTU 16V 2.000, koji ostvaruju maksimalnu brzinu od 26 čvorova, i krstareću od 23 čvora, sa autonomijom od 430 nautičkih milja. Some 200 clients and partners celebrated the recent launch of Riva’s new flagship model, the new 110’ Dolcevita; while another 15 yachts from Riva and the Ferretti Group were on show. Entertainment was provided by Nientedimeno, a swing band from Napoli, while guests were served signature Riva cocktails and a special buffet provided by Nammos Restaurant by the Sea.

The Riva Private Deck - owned by EKKA Yachts - is the only yacht service office located on a beach in Greece. It forms part of Nammos’ ‘cabanas concept’ which was launched in August 2016, and this is the deck’s third season of operation.
The Dolcevita 110 is a 34m luxury yacht, built in Italy by Riva and delivered in the 2018. It's powered by twin 16V 2,000 MTU diesel engines, good for a top speed of 26 knots, a cruising speed of 23 knots, and a range of 430 nautical miles. It can accommodate up to 10 people with 5 crew members, and its flybridge has a large open area for entertaining. Below, the open plan saloon has floor-to-ceiling windows on all sides for excellent views. The forward master suite is also bathed in natural light, with a queen-size bed positioned against the forward bulkhead, offering an exceptional view of either side of the yacht. On the lower deck are four staterooms, roughly equal in size, which is unusual for a yacht this size.

The Art Project "Perceptions" is a result of a collaboration between the British Council and cultural institutions in the region, comprising of five exhibitions that will be displayed throughout the Western Balkans. The common feature of these exhibitions is that they are focusing on the works of female artists.

ZAHA HADID DESIGN
ORA ïTO Stočić za kafu Isa Šarmantni stočić za kafu Isa sa potpisom Ora ïtoa odaje počast jednom pravom remek-delu, stolu koji je 1947. godine dizajnirao Isamu Noguči. Ora ïto se oslanja na original, ali mu daje nove i hrabrije linije. I oblik stola i izbor mermera daju ovom komadu skulpturalni izgled. Stočić za kafu Isa je rezultat treće po redu saradnje kompanije CITCO i Ora ïtoa, a prethodili su mu šezlong Venus i kolekcija vaza iz 2017. godine, proizvedeni u ograničenom broju.
ARIK LEVI Negativni prostor Negativni prostor, nova kolekcija vaza sa potpisom Arika Levija, je apstraktni izraz mineralne i arhitektonske građe. Kombinovanjem vizuelne dinamike i strukture, zapreminski prostori međusobno deluju jedni na druge i stvaraju osećaj kinetičkog kretanja i dubine.
DANIJEL LIBESKIND Beskonačni stočić Libeskind nastavlja svoje istraživanje skulpturalnog dizajna nameštaja za kuću i kancelariju kroz spiralni oblik stočića Endless. Multifunkcionalni stočić zamišljen je kao otvoreno pitanje – poigravajući se perspektivom, proporcijama, svetlom, prostorom i linijama. Korišćenjem najsavremenije tehnologije, stočić Endless je isklesan od italijanskog mermera u obliku trodimenzionalne spirale. Unutar zakrivljenih oblika, umetnute površine imaju i praktičnu i estetsku ulogu.
Moving forward
CITCO i Zaha Hadid Design dele zajedničku strast prema inovacijama, a obe kompanije nastavljaju da pomeraju granice izvan uobičajenih standarda u njihovoj oblasti. Saradnja između kompanija Citco i Zaha Hadid Design počela je 2012. godine i nastavila da daje nove komade nameštaja svake godine od kojih je svaki obeležen jedinstvenim stilom Zahe Hadid. Ove godine kompanija Zaha Hadid Design je dizajnirala elegantnu klupu od granita i stočić inspirisan školjkama. Oba komada vizuelno prenose osećaj dinamičnog kretanja, dok istovremeno zadovoljavaju funkcionalne i ergonomske zahteve.

At Salone del Mobile in Milan, the Italian natural stone company CITCO will showcase a new collection of influential pieces designed by icons of the architecture and design world. Once again, CITCO has partnered with Zaha Hadid Design, Ora ïto, Daniel Libeskind and Arik Levy to create both innovative, yet strikingly elegant pieces. The 2018 collection is a notable example of CITCO’s expert ability in creating extraordinary designs from high quality marble. By combining both curvy and sharp lines in its design construction, Citco masterfully works with the marble material, as if it was pliable.

ZAHA HADID DESIGN
ORA ïTO Isa Coffee Table The charming Isa coffee table by Ora ïto pays homage to the masterpiece table designed by Isamu Noguchi in 1947. Ora ïto revisits the original piece whilst drawing new and bolder lines. Both the shape of the table and the choice of marble give the piece its sculptural look. Isa coffee table is CITCO’s third collaboration with Ora ïto. Previous pieces were the Venus Chaise Longue and the Pot Vases collection, both limited editions launched in 2017.
ARIK LEVY Negative Space Negative Space, the new series of vases designed by Arik Levy, is an abstract manifestation of mineral and architectural structures. Combining both visual dynamics and construction, the volumes interact with each other by creating kinetic movement and depth.
DANIEL LIBESKIND Endless Side Table Libeskind continues his exploration of sculptural furniture design for the home and office through the helical form of the Endless side table. The multi-functional table was conceived as an open-ended question—with a play of perspective, proportion, light, space and line. Using cutting-edge technology, the Endless table is carved from Italian marble into a three-dimensional spiral. Enclosed within the curved form, interwoven surfaces serve both practical and aesthetic functions.

CITCO and Zaha Hadid Design share a common passion for innovation, with both companies continuing to push boundaries past the customary standards in their field. Having originally started in 2012, the collaboration between Citco and Zaha Hadid Design continues to create new pieces each year, applying Zaha Hadid’s unique style to each of the furniture pieces. In this year’s collaboration, Zaha Hadid Design designed an elegant bench in granite and a seashell-inspired side table. Both pieces visually communicate a feeling of spirited movement, while maintaining both functionality and ergonomic requirements.

If an artisan decides to create something, that piece is unique, that’s why Covet House decided to value the craftsmanship and spread artisans’ art worldwide by offering a curated selection of contemporary designs and unique marketing tools in order to boost the creativity of the interior design community. All pieces from all Covet House’s brands are connected to their customers, they have an emotional connection and their customers can customize everything they want, the colour, the size… The original idea of a product is from designers but their relationship with the artisans is intricately connected, they need to be on the same page in order to satisfy their costumers needs.
