Dodeli „SAM Godišnjih nagrada“, koja je održana u BelExpocentru uz podršku „Luštica Bay-a“, prisustovao je kor srpske poslovne scene, a svečanost je otvorena impresivnim akrobatskim performansom koji je uz vrhunske svetlosne i specijalne efekte zvanicama stvorio jedinstveni doživljaj.
The " SAM Annual Awards" held at BelExpocentar with the support of "Luštica Bay" was attended by the core of the Serbian business community, and the ceremony was opened with an impressive acrobatic performance which created, with its superb light and special effects, a unique experience for all the guests.
Kompletnu podršku u osmišljavanju i realizaciji kreativnog i vizuelnog koncepta pružila je agencija M2Communications, dugogodišnji partner Srpske asocijacije menadžera, koja je i ove godine za eminentne članove udruženja i biznis društva priredila višesatni vizuelni spektakl.
The creative and visual concept was fully conceived and carried out by the M2Communications agency, a long-time partner of the Serbian Association of Managers, which this year as well created a multi-hour visual spectacle for the prominent members of the association and business community.
SAM Gala veče otvorio je zadivljujući scenskoletački performans baletskog dua, Bojane Žegarac i Igora Pastora, prvaka Narodnog pozorišta, čije su izvođenje pratili dobro usklađeni specijalni i svetlosni efekti, laser šou, kao i muzika i naracija rađeni ekskluzivno za ovo gala veče. Osećaju ekskluzivnosti koji se može doživeti na velikim svetskim gala događajima, poput „Oskara“, doprinela je i specijalno izrađena scena, koja je predstavljala idealan spoj svedene elegancije i visokokvalitetne produkcije.
SAM Gala evening began with an impressive flying stage performance by the ballet duo of Bojana Žegarac and Igor Pastor, the principal dancers of the National Theatre, accompanied by well-coordinated special and light effects, laser show, as well as music and narration exclusively made for this gala evening. A specially made stage representing an ideal combination of simple elegance and high-quality production has contributed to the atmosphere of exclusivity much like the one surrounding big world events such as the Oscars.

Titulu „Poslodavac godine” 2018. ponela je kompanija Mikroelektronika. Negujući i promovišući liderstvo među mladima, SAM je dodelio i priznanje najboljim mladim menadžerima do 35 godina. „Mladi menadžer godine” 2018. je Branislav Lončar, CFO, Southeast Europe, Publicis One.
Recognised in and out of his company as a person of integrity and reputation, and based on his business results, Dejan Turk, CEO, Vip mobile & A1 Slovenia was proclaimed as the ”Manager of the Year” 2018. The title of the ”Employer of the year” 2018 went to the Mikroelektronika company. With the aim of nurturing and promoting leadership among young people, SAM has also given awards to the best young manager up to 35 years. This year the recipient of this award was Branislav Lončar, CFO, Southeast Europe, Publicis One.

Zbog pozitivnog uticaja na okruženje i razvoj mladih i posebne doprinose promociji liderstva među mladima, ove godine nagrada „The Sample Of Leadership Excellence – Razvoj i promocija liderstva među mladima” dodeljena je dvojici izvrsnih menadžera, Dragoljubu Damljanoviću, potpredsedniku Schneider Electrica za Jugoistočnu Evropu i Mihailu Jankoviću, direktoru kompanije Nectar.
Due to its positive influence on the environment and development of young people and the special contribution to the promotion of youth leadership, this year the award " The Sample Of Leadership Excellence – Development and promotion of youth leadership " was presented to two excellent managers, Dragoljub Damljanovic, the vice president of Schneider Electrica for South East Europe and Mihailo Jankovic, the director of the Nectar company.

The members of the Serbian Association of Managers decided to give the "Personal Heroic Act" award to Goran Nikolic, the visually impaired marathon runner who set the Guinness record by running 55 marathons in 55 days from city to city in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro.

The jury presented four more special awards this year. A special acknowledgment for "Breakthrough of the Year" was handed to the SBB company for the EON project, the Initiative Digital Serbia was recognised for the "Initiative of National Importance" in 2018, the recipient of the award for the "Contribution to Creating the Leader of the Future" was DNA Communications and ICT Hub, while the recognition for "Business Excellence" went to Biljana Jovanović, the owner and CEO of LUNA fashion house.

The SAM Annual Awards ceremony was attended by more than 400 guests from business, political, cultural and media life. Kao „ženska preduzeća”, za potrebe ove analize, nazvana su ona preduzeća u kojima su žene odgovorne osobe. Ova preduzeća predstavljaju značajan segment privrede, a analiza u nastavku prikazuje kako ona posluju u odnosu na privredu, i to u Sloveniji i Srbiji.

For the purposes of this analysis, the term “female enterprises” shall be understood to mean those enterprises in which women have the role of the responsible person. These companies represent a significant segment of the economy, and the analysis below shows the way they operate in relation to the economy, both in Slovenia and Serbia.

Podaci za Sloveniju pokazuju da „ženska preduzeća” predstavljaju 25% privrede, i da su 2017. godine ovi poslovni subjekti generisali 37% ukupnih prihoda privrede. Ostvarena dobit predstavlja 39% ukupne dobiti privrede, sa 37% svih zaposlenih. Podaci za Srbiju pokazuju da broj „ženskih preduzeća” predstavlja skoro 21% privrede, da su 2017. godine, da su ostvarila 12% ukupnih prihoda privrede, a da ostvarena dobit predstavlja 13% ukupne dobiti privrede, sa 12% svih zaposlenih. Za proučavanje su interesantni i rezultati analize efikasnosti, profitabilnosti i stabilnosti poslovanja „ženskih preduzeća”. Ako prvo pogledamo efikasnost poslovanja „ženska preduzeća” su efikasnija, jer s jednim evrom sredstava ostvaruju skoro 1,3 eur profita, dok ukupna slovenačka privreda ostvaruje prosečno 0,9 eur. Kod srpskih „ženskih preduzeća” efikasnost je takođe bolja u odnosu na privredu, i ona ostvaruju skoro 7 dinara profita, dok prosek privrede iznosi 6 dinara.
The data about the "female enterprises" in Slovenia indicate that they account for 25% of the economy, and that in 2017 these businesses generated 37% of total revenue of the economy. The achieved profit represents 39% of the total profit of the economy, with 37% of all employees. The data for Serbia reveal that the "female enterprises" constitute almost 21% of the economy, and that in 2017 they generated 12% of total revenue of the economy, while their profit accounts for 13% of the total profit of the economy, with 12% of all employees. The results of the analysis of efficiency, profitability and stability of the ”female enterprises” are also interesting to study. If we first take a look at the business efficiency, the "female enterprises" appear to be more efficient as they earn a profit of 1.3 euros per euro invested, while the total Slovenian economy earns on average 0.9 euros. In the case of the Serbian "female enterprises", their efficiency is also better compared to the economy, generating a profit of almost 7 dinars, while the economy’s average is 6 dinars.
Što se tiče profitabilnosti poslovanja, može se dalje zaključiti da je kontinuitet u ostvarivanju profita u „ženskim preduzećima” veći nego u privredi, i u Sloveniji i u Srbiji. Drugim rečima, generisani profiti su manje nestabilni u „ženskim preduzećima” i manje podložni različitim eksternim ekonomskim faktorima, nego što je to slučaj sa ukupnom privredom. Uvid u strukturu izvora finansiranja, koji ukazuje na stabilnost poslovanja u smislu pružanja dovoljne likvidnosti i solventnosti u slučaju velikih ekonomskih šokova, u Sloveniji pokazuje bolju situaciju u privredi nego u „ženskim preduzećima”, dok je u Srbiji situacija malo povoljnija za »ženska preduzeća« koja pokazuju veću stabilnost poslovanja u odnosu na ukupnu privredu.
As far as the business profitability is concerned, it can be further concluded that the continuity of making profit in the "female enterprises" is higher than in the economy, both in Slovenia and in Serbia. In other words, the generated profits are less volatile in ”female enterprises” and less susceptible to different external economic factors than in the case of the overall economy. An insight into the structure of the sources of financing, pointing to the stability of a business in terms of providing sufficient liquidity and solvency in case of major economic shocks, shows that the economy is in much better position than the "female enterprises" in Slovenia, while the situation in Serbia is slightly more favourable for the "female enterprises" which demonstrate greater business stability than the overall economy.

Unutrašnjost vozila je još prostranija i komfornija, sa trećim redom sedišta dostupnim na zahtev kupaca. Infotainment sistem, poseduje velike ekrane, kao i head-up prikaz u punom koloru rezolucije 720x240 piksela. Pored svega navedenog, tu je i novi MBUX Interior Assistant sistem, koji može da prepozna gestove šaka i ruku i pruži podršku za lakšu aktivaciju nameravane komande.

Dizajn spoljašnjosti ne samo da odaje stav i snagu, već postavlja i nove standarde po pitanju aerodinamike u SUV segmentu. Novi 4MATIC sistem obezbeđuje izuzetnu agilnost i superiorne performanse van utabanog puta. U kasnijoj fazi u ponudu će biti dodata i varijanta na električni pogon sa izuzetno velikim dometom. GLE dobija potpuno novu gamu motora.

1997. godine Mercedes-Benz je osnovao svoj premijum SUV brend uvođenjem na tržište M-Klase. Od jeseni 2015. porodica ovog modela promenila je ime u GLE, čime je naglašeno pozicioniranje modela kao SUV-a u okviru modelne serije E-Klase. Trenutno, Mercedes-Benz je uspešno predstavljen sa čak sedam modela SUV segmenta (GLA, GLC, GLC Coupé, GLE, GLE Coupé, GLS, G-Klasa). GLE se proizvodi u SAD-u, u Alabami, u Tuskalusi. Novi Mercedes-Benz GLE biće predstavljen po prvi put na 54. Međunarodnom salonu automobila u Beogradu koji se odžava od 21. - 31. marta 2019. godine. Model će u prodaji biti dostupan neposredno nakon sajma.

In 1997 Mercedes-Benz founded the premium SUV segment with the launch of the M-Class. Since autumn 2015 the model family has borne the name GLE, emphasising its positioning as an SUV in the E Class model family. At present Mercedes-Benz is highly successfully represented with seven models in the SUV segment (GLA, GLC, GLC Coupé, GLE, GLE Coupé, GLS, G-Class). The GLE is produced in Tuscaloosa (Alabama/USA). The new Mercedes-Benz GLE will be presented to the public in Serbia for the first time at the 54th Begrade International Motor Show (20 to 31 March 2019). It will be in the dealerships in shotly after fair.

Christian Grande reinterpreted the theme of tradition by introducing some distinguishing and markedly modern traits, such as the vertical stem and the clear cut-off of the side windows, which give longitudinal momentum to the Cranchi E26 Classic and are the only sign of a topside. The clean lines are in contrast with the surprisingly sophisticated interiors, perfectly finished and characterised by a contrast between shiny and matte, rigid and solid materials - just like in a luxury car. The teak foredeck brings to mind the classic heritage of wooden ships and is a visual counterpoint to the stern control panel, which is also covered with teak. The large stern sundeck stretches over the motor compartment and a fold-away bimini top can provide shade in the cockpit when needed. The dinette in the centre of the boat is served by an L-shaped seat (that provides continuity with the stern sunpad) and two pivoting seats, which can be turned to the bow when cruising and to the stern when relaxing.

26. decembar je u Beogradu bio nešto više od hladnog zimskog dana. Za poznavaoce konjaka i ljubitelje finih alkoholnih pića, ovo je bio dan kada je u prostorijama La Libertador Lounge bara organizovana prva zvanična degustacija konjaka Luj XIII u Srbiji.
Legendu o Luju XIII čine izuzetni pojedinci, izvanredna mesta i ruka same istorije. Više od jednog veka, konjak Luj XIII je sinonim za prefinjenost širom sveta. Svedok je mnogim najznačajnijim događajima našeg doba: bio je izložen na Svetskoj izložbi u Parizu 1900. godine i ubrzo se uspostavio kao simbol francuskog ukusa i sofisticiranosti. U godinama koje su usledile, očaravao je kraljevske dvorove Evrope i postao je stalna postavka najprestižnijih hotela. I to ponosno nasleđe nadmašuje današnjicu, kao što Luj XIII nastavlja da prevazilazi vreme.
Prvi put napravljen 1874. godine, konjak Luj XIII je izuzetan blend od oko 1.200 destilata grožđa 100% proizvedenog na području Grande Champagne centralne oblasti regije Cognac. Voćni destilat sazreva u hrastovim bačvama. Svaka pojedinačno numerisana boca je dizajnirana po ugledu na originalnu metalnu čuturu iz 16. veka, otkrivenu na mestu bitke kod Žarnaka u Francuskoj, i generacijama je prave vrhunski majstori Baccarat Crystal -a. Luj XIII je otelotvorenje veštine predaka. Svaka boca je životno dostignuće generacija podrumskih majstora. Od nastanka 1874. godine, svaka generacija master destilera bira iz podruma najstariji i najbolji destilat (franc. eau-de-vie znači voda života ili veoma čista i prozirna, dva puta destilisana) za konjak Luj XIII. In the years that followed, it captivated the royal courts of Europe and became a permanent feature at the most prestigious hotels. And that proud legacy endures todays, as LOUIS XIII continues to transcend Time.
First created in 1874, LOUIS XIII Cognac is an exquisite blend of up to 1,200 grapes eaux-devie sourced 100% from Grande Champagne, the first cru of the Cognac region. Each eau-de-vie is matured slowly inside oak cask. Each individually numbered decanter is designed after an original 16th century metal flask, discovered on the site of the battle of Jarnac in France and is made from fine crystal for generations, mouth-blown by some of the most skilled master craftsmen. LOUIS XIII is the embodiment of an ancestral savoir-faire, each decanter is the life achievement of generations of Cellar Masters. Since its origins in 1874, each generation of Cellar Master selects from cellars the oldest and greatest eaux-de-vie for LOUIS XIII. Today, Cellar Master Baptiste Loiseau is setting aside finest eaux‐de‐vie, as a legacy to his successors who will continue to blend LOUIS XIII for the next century. Na njemu je prikazana zlatna svinja (simbol izobilja) s ispupčenim trbuhom (znak radosti) iza koje se nazire šarena šumska pozadina. Po tradiciji kineskog horoskopa, ništa prljavo ili negativno ne prikazuje se u vezi sa svinjom, već se ona smatra iskrenom, marljivom, pažljivom i velikodušnom. Godina svinje se tako sastoji od napora sa uspešnim ishodom, ali i proslava.
The dial of this new zodiac watch is entirely handcrafted. It gives pride of place to Asian culture by using the traditional Japanese lacquer technique known as Urushi. The scene represents a golden pig (a symbol of abundance) with a protruding stomach (a sign of joviality) appearing against a multicoloured forest background. As traditionally depicted in the Chinese zodiac, there is nothing dirty or negative about the pig, which is instead regarded as sincere, hard-working, considerate and generous. A Year of the Pig is thus composed of successful exertions, as well as festivities.

AN AGE-OLD JAPANESE PICTORIAL ART The varnish used in this ancestral art of lacquering comes from the sap of the Urushi tree, also known as the “lacquer tree” or the “Japanese varnish tree”, which actually grows in both Japan and China. Its resin is harvested once a year in extremely small quantities. Only three to five years afterwards is the resin at last ready to be treated and thus become a highly resistant, honey-textured lacquer that is applied in extremely fine successive layers.
EXCEPTIONAL HOROLOGICAL EXPERTISE Such works of art are ideally framed by the refinement of the L.U.C XP. Stvaranje vintidž dizajna Od kada su prvi put predstavljeni u martu 2018., modeli Sixties i Sixties Panorama Date u zelenoj boji su među najpopularnijim satovima iz kolekcije kompanije Glashütte Original. Godišnja serija satova za 2018. postigla je senzacionalni uspeh među poznavaocima satova i ljubiteljima retro stila širom sveta – pre svega zahvaljujući karakterističnim zelenim brojčanicima. Da bi ovi satovi dobili svoj jedinstveni brojčanik potrebno je uraditi 25 različitih koraka, a svi oni izvode se u radionici brojčanika kompanije Glashütte Original koja se nalazi u Pforchajmu, gde ovaj savremeni, u suštini ručni postupak nastavlja da crpi inspiraciju iz prošlosti.

Izvanredan kvalitet počinje preciznim štancovanjem pripremaka od alpaka-srebra, što je prvi korak u proizvodnji brojčanika ovih satova. Sledeći korak je izrada složene reljefne površine po ugledu na starinske satove. Presa od 60 tona utiskuje upadljivu šaru na pripremak - isti ovaj postupak koristio se pre više od 50 godina.
Sledeći koraci u postupku proizvodnje pretvaraju poluproizvod u brojčanik sata. Nekoliko slojeva jarko zelenog laka nanose se na prethodno pocinkovani brojčanik pre nego što poprimi svoju „degradiranu“ završnu obradu. Ovaj efekat postiže se pažljivim prskanjem crne boje tako da brojčanik bude mnogo tamniji pri obodu nego u sredini, što rezultira individualnom gradacijom boje koja svaki brojčanik čini jedinstvenim.

Lakirani brojčanici se zatim zagrevaju u peći kako bi se zapekle boje. Velika završnica u alpaka-srebru, beloj i zelenoj boji. Creating a Vintage design Since first presented in March 2018 they have been among the most popular watches in the Glashütte Original collection: the green Sixties and Sixties Panorama Date. 2018's annual edition was a sensational success with watch connoisseurs and fans of vintage around the world – thanks primarily to the distinctive green dials. Twenty-five separate steps are required to lend these timepieces their unique faces, all of which are performed in the Glashütte Original dial manufactory in Pforzheim, where the contemporary, essentially manual process continues to draw inspiration from the past.

With its Sixties line Glashütte Original takes up the traditions and heritage of legendary watches like the “Spezimatic”, which during the 1960s brought characteristic design elements of the time to the wrist. Glashütte Original, is one of the very few manufactories to make its own dials – and this critical element of timekeeping must meet quality standards as stringent as those governing all other components of its watches.

Exceptional quality starts with the precise punching of the German silver blank, the first step in the production of a Sixties dial for the 2018 annual edition. The following step creates the elaborate embossed surface, with historic watches serving as a model. A 60-tonne press stamps the striking pattern onto the blank – the same process was in use more than 50 years ago.
The lacquered dials are then heated in a kiln to burn in the colours. A grand finale in German silver, white and green A diamond soon cuts through these layers to form eight of the twelve hour indexes. This renders the raw material visible once again, so that the hours in the Sixties Annual Edition are counted in German silver – and in white. As was the case for the historic reference models, the numerals 3, 6, 9 and 12 are printed in white in the remaining gaps, using a pad printing process. The same holds true for the Glashütte Original logo and the logo-scripts “Glashütte i/Sa” (Glashütte in Saxony) and “Made in Germany”.

The final step in this elaborate process consists in the application of Super-LumiNova. Small dots are applied by hand to the hour indexes, which develop their luminous force in the dark. Together with the radiant bars on the hour and minute hands, they ensure that the Sixties models are perfectly legible by night as well. It hardly matters whether one values them more for their contemporary engineering or for the tradition-rich art of watchmaking: there's not much time left to try on one of these exceptional Sixties models, at Glashütte Original boutiques or authorised dealers around the world. When time runs out, they will be replaced by a new annual edition that references, in a new and unequivocal way, the design of dials from the nineteen sixties.

The subsequent steps in the process transform the semi-processed blank into the face of the timepiece. Several coats of vibrant green lacquer are applied to the previously galvanised dial before it receives its “dégradé” finish. This effect is achieved by spraying on black paint, with great care and in such a way that the dial perimeter takes on a much darker hue than at its centre, resulting in an individual colour gradient that renders each dial unique.

Nastala kao rezultat izvanredne saradnje između kompanija Lalique i McLaren, kolekcija Essence of Speed uzdiže vrednosti kao što su vrhunski rezultati i izvrsnost koje su zajedničke ovom čuvenom proizvođaču kristala i legendarnom proizvođaču moćnih sportskih automobila. Kolekcija Essence of Speed, lansirana 2018. godine, prikazaće tri stilizovana stvorenja od providnog kristala, i to u dve veličine. Ovi kolekcionarski komadi koji simbolizuju brzinu izradiće se u ograničenim serijama u razdoblju od tri godine. Nakon Cheetah (Gepard), naredna kreacija je prelepi Flying Falcon (Soko u letu). Kompanije McLaren i Lalique čine savršeni spoj. Obe su lideri u svojim oblastima, odlikuje ih strast i predanost i obe crpe svoju inspiraciju iz prirode. Symbols of speed, these collector’s pieces in limited editions will be released over a three-year period. After the Cheetah, the second design is a stunning Flying Falcon. The collaboration between McLaren and Lalique is a perfect fit. Both are leaders in their fields, with passion and dedication at their heart and a shared inspiration drawn from nature. McLaren possesses an outstanding racing pedigree and, over the years, has honed its expertise and pursued a relentless quest for speed in its cars, which are renowned for their engineering art. For McLaren, inspiration comes from some of the fastest animals on earth, on land or in the air or sea – intelligent, adaptive and blisteringly quick. Whether it’s the sharp edges of tailfins or the swept-back wings of a bird of prey when diving, there are so many natural designs adapted for speed across the animal kingdom. McLaren’s designers often look to such animals for inspiration. It’s what is known as biomimicry. René Lalique was also inspired by the other natural forms of “Flore, Faune et Femme” (flora, fauna and the feminine) and his iconic car mascots reflecting all three were some of his best-known pieces created in the 1920s and 1930s, gracing radiator caps as a symbol of prestige. Each one is still sought after by fastidious collectors. Fashioned in satin-finished crystal, emblematic of Lalique, the Cheetah and the Falcon come each in a smaller standing edition, limited to 375 (the same number as the limited edition P1 supercar) and a spectacular larger piece created using the lost-wax technique in an edition of 20 to commemorate the 20 Formula One World Championships that McLaren has won so far.
