California Academy of Family Physicians

California Academy of Family Physicians is a professional association established in 1948, representing more than 11,000 practicing family medicine physicians, family medicine residents, and medical students in California. CAFP, a 501(c)(6), is headquartered in Sacramento, CA, and is the largest state chapter of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
