3 DAY EXPERIENCE | Exclusive use of Cal-a-Vie Health Spa To ensure complete exclusivity of the property for your destination wedding, a three night minimum is required. Package rates are based upon the number of rooms secured, with a minimum of 24 rooms; the maximum capacity is 64 guests (including children). Additional accommodations may be arranged with a local preferred resort. THE 3 DAY EXPERIENCE INCLUDES, PER PERSON: • Private access and unlimited use of resort facilities • Accommodations in a Mediterranean-style Villa • 3 meals per day plus nutrition breaks customized to dietary needs (including Rehearsal Dinner and post-wedding Brunch for spa guests; excludes alcohol) • Fitness program; unlimited classes and group activities of your choice • Golf, tennis, volleyball and pool activities • Daily spa treatments designed for men and women • Airport transfers from San Diego International or Carlsbad/Palomar • Daily laundry service and workout wear provided

VENUE | Ceremony Reception The ceremony venue is a 400-year-old chapel, imported from Dijon, France, furnished with wooden bench pews, antique chandeliers and décor. The historical building sits atop a hill overlooking a picturesque view of surrounding valley, lavender fields, vineyards and beautifully groomed gardens. The reception venue, L’Orangerie, was also transported from the same grounds - a Carmelite Convent - In France. The 300-year-old limestone building features an antique walnut and zinc bar, old world French chandeliers, and three 16th century fireplaces. An 18th century French oaked paneled wall may be opened to reveal a state-of-the art show kitchen. An 8,000 square foot manicured lawn, adjacent to the L’Orangerie, is available for an outdoor wedding and reception for up to 200 guests. THE VENUE RENTAL ALSO INCLUDES: • 60” round banquet tables, chairs (natural wood), Cal-a-Vie linens, china, flatware glassware, and votive candles 9x12 dance floor

FOOD & BEVERAGE | Wedding Reception All food is provided exclusively through the Cal-a-Vie culinary team. Our award-winning Executive Chef will meet with you to create a personalized reception menu. Beverages are provided by our alcohol catering service; bar packages are available to include boutique wines, premium spirits and champagnes. A 20% Service Charge plus Sales Tax will be applied to the Reception Food & Beverage. EVENT PLANNER | Wedding Coordination A professional wedding/event planner is required to attend to and oversee the wedding planning, including all personalized details, photography, flowers, entertainment, transportation, and orchestrating the rehearsal, ceremony and reception. He/She will work with our Private Events Coordinator who will plan the 3-Day Experience and serve as the liaison in finalizing the venue setup, food and beverage selections and event schedule.
