AUCTION BIDDING INFORMATION:
1. All items in the Silent Auction have bid sheets on the tables. Persons desiring to place a bid may do so by writing their bid, name, and phone number in the space provided on the bid sheet.
2. Each new bid must be written in the next available space on the bid sheet.
3. At each of the closing times, all bidding will end for that section. Blocking access to bid sheets is strictly prohibited.
4. Bidders will be asked to visit the check-out table beginning at 9:40 P.M. to complete their transaction(s).
5. The winning bidder will either receive the auction item(s) at check-out or be instructed on how to retrieve their item(s).
THE FINE PRINT:
1. Failure to arrange use of vacation home/trips, meals, excursions, services, or tickets within the time limit specified in the auction catalog or on the gift certificate imposes NO obligation on the part of the donor or Calvert School for a refund.
2. All sales are final, and all items are sold “as is.” Under no circumstances may any auction item by exchanged or returned to the donor(s) unless otherwise stated. Resale or donation of services requires the permission of the donor.
3. Payment by the winning bidder must be made at the end of the event. Methods of payment include VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Venmo (@CalvertSchool), or checks. Any payment over fair market value is tax deductible.

106 A Sunset Sail Never Fails: Two-Hours on the Skipjack Sigsbee
Help the crew raise the sails on the Skipjack Sigsbee and navigate your way into a relaxing evening on Baltimore’s harbor. Enjoy learning some local history as you sail into the sunset. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. Charters for the boat will be scheduled around the ship's educational obligations and are available on evenings and weekends starting mid-April 2023 to mid-June 2023; and mid-July 2023 to mid-October 2023.
