Camila Bustamante Ica, Peru, 1979. I majored in Communications Arts and Sciences in the Pontifical Catholic University of Lima, Peru, where I specialized in Communication for Development in 2002. I also studied graphic design as a guest student. After finishing my studies in 2002, I worked in the Department of Institutional Image at the University as a graphic designer, and as an assistant teacher in the Faculty of Communications Arts and Sciences. In 2005, I was in charge of the Department of Design and Corporate Image at the Jesuit University Antonio Ruiz de Montoya of Lima. I have been involved in different human rights and pro-women’s rights organizations (NGOs) and I have also collaborated with private companies and universities. I am currently a graphic designer for Fåbrica de Ideas, an editorial design house in Lima as well as working freelance.
