The Hirschbiel Center for the Arts is filled with art, movement, and harmony day and night. The state-of-theart, 15,000-square-foot facility includes main stage and black box theaters, a dance studio, and working scenery and costume shops. Visual arts studios include ceramics, drawing, jewelry, painting, airbrush, and photography.

The Dolphin spirit can be felt throughout the Cape Henry campus. Focused on fostering sportsmanship, teamwork, commitment, self-discipline, and leadership, the school’s athletics programs develop self-esteem by helping students experience the rigors and rewards of athletic endeavor along with the highs and lows of competition. Athletics programs are committed to promoting a championship spirit in the context of total wellness — in the classroom and on the field. Each season, Middle and Upper School students enjoy a wide variety of interscholastic sports from which to choose. The opportunity to participate in physical fitness and athletic activities is offered at every grade level and for practically every degree of interest and capability. Colleges actively recruit our athletes.
