DTI Surigao Norte turns over safety seal to business establishments in Siargao Island The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Surigao del Norte provincial office has granted the Safety Seal to business establishments (BEs) in Siargao Island through its ceremonial turnover on July 23, 2021. The grantees of the safety seal were the same BEs that participated in the Safety Seal Orientation conducted by the DTI through the Consumer Protection Unit on July 9, 2021 in Siargao Island particularly from the Municipalities of Dapa, Del Carmen and General Luna.
The DTI issues safety seals to selected establishments such as groceries, supermarkets, membership shopping clubs, convenience stores, construction supply/ hardware stores, logistics service outlets, barbershops and salons, service and repair shops. The grantees were DT DTI Surigao del Norte General Merchandise, also enjoins the TAJ General abovementioned Merchandise, Ashley establishments to check Beauty Salon, OK SAB their eligibility against the Convenience Store, compliance checklist Dapa, EM-EM Enterprises, and apply for Safety Seal Twin Barbers Shop, Certification.
