Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Secretary Martin Andanar has responded to the request for a laptop for Sta. Monica Children’s Learning Center, to further help teachers there produce learning materials for their pupils. In his message, Secretary Martin Andanar on Wednesday emphasized that the blended learning approach for the education sector has modified the way learners and teachers engage in lessons.

Gloria Dolar, the school’s in-charge and the recipient of the laptop, has served the educational institution for 13 years. She also expressed her gratitude for the generous donation. “The laptop is one important piece of equipment for us to continue to produce teaching materials and reports,” she said. “Thank you very much Secretary Martin Andanar and Senator Bong Go. I am thankful that our request was granted because we really need this,” she added.
