Entrees “To Taste” This segment of our cookbook varies from other professional cookbooks which may require accuracy and precision.. Throughout our experiences as young chefs, we have found that when one is following the creation of a savory dish, creative liberty is never a bad thing. The addition of different spices and flavors to our recipes may enhance the taste or add a level of flavor we may not have achieved. We encourage you to play with each recipe and remember that no recipe here should be set in stone.

On deck

Every recipe listed below calls for butter or olive oil and salt and pepper. We encourage that you also have lemon, lime, mixed spices, broths, and any other ingredients you feel may add flavor. A combination of both dry and fresh spices such as parsley and oregano always generate a beautiful aroma.
