Storia
Della Pizza In the early 18th century, flatbread dishes which gained notoriety in Naples, Italy, began to evolve into what we now know as the modern pizza.1 Previously, the flatbreads were adorned with garlic, salt, and cheese but modern interpretations of the dish have evolved into pizzas like the classic Margherita (mozzarella, tomato, basil) and the Chicago Deep Dish Pizza (thicker crust). Together we have perfected a delicious prosciutto pizza with a homemade crust that we hope you are able to enjoy. - Alex
