Am simțit nevoia de o schimbare și de a aduce ceva inovativ pe piață, care să revoluționeze industria imobiliară. Pornind de la sloganul „clientul nostru, stăpânul nostru” și mai cu seamă dintr-o glumă, m-am gândit ca celor pe care i-am căsătorit să le construiesc și o locuință. De aici a pornit ideea Ambasad’Or Home, un proiect ambițios pe care am reușit să îl punem pe picioare în doi ani de zile și de care sunt foarte mândru.

➤ Spuneți-ne mai multe despre acest proiect! La cât se ridică investiția? Ambasad’Or Home este un proiect imobiliar format din patru blocuri amplasate vizavi de centrul de evenimente Ambasad’Or Events. Investiția se ridică undeva la 12 milioane de Euro. La început am vrut să construim cinci blocuri, însă am renunțat la unul pentru a le putea oferi locatarilor mai mult spațiu verde, deoarce acest aspect reprezintă un factor decizional important atunci când vine vorba de achiziționarea unei locuințe. Parcarea am amplasat-o în spate, pentru a nu exista mașini între blocuri și pentru a le oferi mai multă liniște locatarilor. ➤ Care sunt facilitățile de care dispune complexul Ambasad’Or Home? Principalul avantaj îl reprezintă proximitatea față de centrul comercial Băneasa și față de Aeroportul Internațional Otopeni, dar

➤ What determined you to start the Ambasad’Or Home project? I felt the need of a change and of bringing something innovative on the market, which would revolutionize the real estate industry. Starting from the slogan „our customer, our master” and especially from a joke, a I thought that I would build a home to those whom I had married. Here is where the idea Ambasad’Or Home started from, an ambitious project which we managed to build in two years and which I am very proud of . ➤ Tell us more about this project! How much was the investment? Ambasad’Or Home is a real estate project formed of four blocks of flats, situated across the event center Ambasad’Or Events. The investments is about 12 million euro. At first we wanted to build five blocks, but then we gave up to one of them in order to be able to offer more green areas to the dwellers, because this aspect is decisive when talking about buying a new home. We placed the parking in the back, so that there would not be any cars between the blocks and to provide more calmness to the dwellers. ➤ Which are the facilities that the complex Ambasad’Or Home disposes of? The main advantage is given by the proximity to the commercial center Băneasa and to the International Airport Otopeni, but also

Mai mult decât atât, pe lista facilităților de care dispune complexul se află și o imensă piscină, accesibilă exclusiv clienților Ambasad’Or Home, dar și posibilitatea de a-și duce copiii oricând la un modern loc de joacă, ce aparține holdingului, Ambasad’Or Play. ➤ Câte apartamente se află în complex? După cum v-am spus, vorbim de 4 blocuri a câte 4 etaje cu câte 35 de apartamente de două și trei camere, deci în total avem 140 de apartamente, toate decomandate, clienții ținând foarte mult la acest aspect, ca dintr-un singur hol să aibe acces la toate încăperile din locuință, lucru foarte important pentru confortul lor . De asemenea, deși blocurile sunt de doar 4 etaje, fiecare scară dispune de un ascensor spațios cu o capacitate de 5-8 persoane, recepții luxoase precum cele ale hotelurilor de cinci stele și balustrade din sticlă, menite să confere atât siguranță, cât și un design marca Ambasad’Or Home. ➤ Apartamentele Ambasad’Or Home pot fi achiziționate și prin credit imobiliar? Care sunt prețurile apartamentelor? Bineînțeles că se pot achiziționa și prin credit imobiliar, avem deja foarte multe apartamente vândute astfel! Prețul pornește de la 54.000 de Euro pentru un apartament cu două camere de lux, cu parchet triplu stratificat cu încălzire prin pardoseală, geamuri foarte bine izolate termic, Salamander four season, în 3 foi de sticlă, unele dintre apartamente având la sufragerii 6 foi de sticlă; gresie de foarte bună calitate, băi spațioase cu obiecte sanitare de lux, precum căzi de 1,80 metri și balcoane din sticlă. Totodată, compartimentările interioare sunt din cărămidă, neexistând stâlpi și grinzi în ca-

meră. Am întâlnit multe complexe rezidențiale unde delimitarea între apartamente se realizează prin rigips, lucru inacceptabil din punctul meu de vedere. Sunt de acord cu delimitarea prin rigips între încăperile aceluiași apartament, însă între două locuințe diferite, delimitarea trebuie făcută exclusiv prin cărămidă, iar la Ambasad’Or Home folosim acest tip de delimitare chiar și în interiorul locuințelor. ➤ De ce sisteme de siguranță dispun blocurile? Toate blocurile dispun de structuri în cadre, lucru ce le face mult mai rezistente decât structurile pe stâlpi. Am ținut cont de toate standardele arhitecturale și de construcție. Holurile exterioare sunt foarte late, atingând 1,80 metri, deoarece am vrut să am un produs bun pe care mi-am pus amprenta și imaginea. Nu am vrut să scot profit maxim din Ambasad’Or Home ci am ținut mai mult să îmi trec acest proiect în cartea mea de vizită. ➤ Ați făcut studii de piață înainte de a porni proiectul? Da! Am realizat personal un studiu foarte amplu și am reușit să constat că se construiește bine și corect și se ține cont de dorințele clientului, în special în zona de Nord. Este foarte important să păstrăm standardele de construcție, de suprafață și înălțime și să avem respect față de clienții noștri. ➤ Cum se realizează accesul la complex? Accesul dinspre Otopeni și

As I have told you, we are talking about 4 blocks of 4 storeys each, with 35 apartments of two and three rooms, so we have a total number of 140 apartments, all detached, the customers being particularly interested in this aspect, that from a single hallway to have access to all the rooms from their inhabitation, a very important thing for their comfort. Also, although the blocks have only 4 storeys, each stairwell disposes of a spacious elevator, with a capacity of 5-8 persons, luxury receptions like those of five-star hotels and glass railing, meant to provide both security and an Ambasad’Or Home design. ➤ The apartments Ambasad’Or Home can be purchased by real estate credit? Which are the prices of the apartments? Of course they can be purcha-

sed by real estate credit, we already have many apartments sold like this! The price starts from 54.000 Euro for a two-room luxury apartment, with triple stratified parquet with floor heating, very well thermically insulated windows, Salamander four season, in 3 glass sheets, some of the apartments having at their living rooms 6 sheets of glass; very qualitative tiles, spacious bathrooms with luxury sanitary objects, like 1,80 meter bathtubs and glass balconies. Also, the interior partinionings are made of brick, since there are no pillars or beams in the rooms. I have met many residential complexes where the delimitation between apartments is made by drywalls, which is unacceptable from my point of view. I agree with the delimitations by drywalls between the rooms of the same apartment, but between two different dwellings the delimitation must be made exclusively y brick, and at Ambasad’Or Home we use this type of delimitation even inside the dwellings. ➤ Which are the safety systems the blocks dispose of? All the blocks dispose of frame structures, which makes them much more resistant than the pillar structures. We took into consideration all the architectural and construction standards. The exterior hallways are very wide, reaching 1,80 meters, because I wanted to have a good project, on which I put my print and image. I did not want to get a maximum of profit from Ambasad’Or Home but I’d rather pass this project onto my business card.

There have been two years of hard work and we still have a lot to work and any appreciation of our efforts is a great joy and an acknowledgement of our merits.

➤ Complexul va dispune și de un sistem de pază? Bineînțeles! În complex vor avea acces doar locuitorii Ambasad’Or Home care vor intra pe bază de card, în timp ce vizitatorii acestora vor avea nevoie de răspunsul gazdei la barieră pentru a putea intra în complex. Faptul că accesul se face doar pietonal este un mare avantaj, datorită parcului spectaculos de 900 mp pe care ne-am gândit să îl populăm cu veverițe. ➤ Deși se află în stadiu oarecum incipient, am înțeles că Ambasad’Or Home a primit foarte multe distincții imobiliare! Este adevărat și acest lucru nu poate decât să mă bucure. Au fost doi ani grei de muncă și încă mai avem de lucrat și orice apreciere a muncii depuse reprezintă o mare bucurie și o recunoaștere a meritelor noastre. ➤ De ce alte avantaje mai dispune complexul? Pe lângă faptul că se află la granița dintre Sectorul 1 al capitalei și Otopeni, Ambasad’Or Home este printre puținele proiecte imobiliare cu investiție 100 % românească și dispune de locuri de parcare supraterane și o cochetă grădină interioară perfectă pentru plimbări în aer liber. Regimul redus de înălțime, P+4, conferă ansamblului un grad sporit de siguranță. Știind că structura veniturilor fiecărei persoane este diferită, am adoptat modalități de plată flexibile, adaptate fiecărei persoane.

➤ Cum ați caracteriza Ambasad’Or Home în 3 cuvinte? Lux, opulență și bun gust. ➤ Ați întâmpinat probleme în cadrul acestui proiect? Când pornești la drum într-un domeniu nou, problemele sunt inerente, însă cu ajutorul echipei mele am reușit să le depășim și să ducem totul la bun sfârșit. În business, când întâmpini dificultăți, nu trebuie să te alarmezi, pentru că orice obstacol are o rezolvare. ➤ Cum ați caracteriza piața imobiliară din România? România se polarizează tot mai mult din punct de vedere economic. Migrația forței de muncă din mediul rural în cel urban a crescut semnificativ cererea de spații de locuit, în condițiile în care autoritățile întârzie să ia măsurile necesare pentru a atenua discrepanțele dintre regiuni. Lipsa investițiilor în județele sărace, salariile mici comparativ cu cele din mediul urban și infrastructura deficitară vor continua să determine românii să se mute la oraș, mai ales

The access from Otopeni and Bucharest is very facile, the complex being at approx. 10m from DN1 and in the proximity of the airport. ➤ The complex will dispose of a security system? Of course! Only the dwellers Ambasad’Or Home will have access to the complex, who will enter by card, while their visitors will need the host’s answer to the barrier in order to enter the complex. The

fail in taking the necessary measures in order to reduce the discrepancies between regions. The lack of investments in poor counties, the low salaries compared to those from urban areas and the deficient infrastructure will continue to determine the Romanians to move in the cities, especially that the migration to Western countries no longer represents such a favorable perspective as in the last years. On the Romanian real estate market competition is not so much about price, but especially by location. This because the program the First Home has somehow balanced the offer, especially in the case of new apartments, and the developers have aligned their offers. In 2019 it is little probable that the prices would drop, considering that a great part of the investments were started in the previous years, at turnovers established by the constraints of each company - the costs of the lands and of the materials, financings and profitability rate assumed in the business plan. Also, the client has become very educated and things very thoroughly before making a decision with regard to the acquisition of a real estate.

În 2019 este puțin probabil ca prețurile să scadă, având în vedere că mare parte din investiții au fost demarate în anii trecuți, la randamente stabilite în funcție de constrângerile fiecărei firme în parte – costurile terenurilor și materialelor, finanțării și ratei de profitabilitate asumate în business plan. De asemenea, clientul a devenit foarte educat și se gândește foarte bine înainte de a lua o decizie privind achiziționarea unui imobil. ➤ Vă gândiți să extindeți acest proiect pe viitor? Momentan vreau să îl ducem pe acesta la bun sfârșit și dacă totul merge cum trebuie vom continua să îl dezvoltăm, rămâne de văzut dacă tot în Otopeni sau în altă zonă. În business trebuie mereu să inovezi și să țintești cât mai sus, niciodată să nu stagnezi, pentru a-ți păstra poziția în top. ➤ Care sunt obiectivele dumneavoastră pentru următorul an? În primul rând să finalizăm proiectul Ambasad’Or Home și să vindem toate cele 140 de apar-

First of all, to finish the project Ambasad’Or Home and to sell all the 140 apartments, not for a profit, but to prove to ourselves that we are capable and efficient and to have our merits acknowledged. Secondly, I want to innovate a new wedding concept, in 4 colors, at Ambasad’Or Events and to continue developing Ambasad’Or Play. Finally, I want for me and for my family to be healthy, because health is the most important thing, and once you have it, you can achieve everything you intend to.

Convergența reglementărilor europene și naționale – partea a doua Articol din seria „Practica jocurilor de noroc”, de Anchidim Z\grean, vicepre[edinte ROMBET ~n Cartea Verde, privind jocurile de noroc online `n piața internă, publicată de Comisia Europeană, este pusă `n discuție modalitatea prin care a fost normalizată activitatea serviciilor de jocuri de noroc, normele speciale prin care este ea reglementată precum și interpretarea practică a acestor norme, pentru `ntreaga industrie. Deși serviciile de jocuri de noroc nu fac obiectul unei reglementări sectoriale la nivelul UE și nici al unor acte orizontale precum Directiva privind serviciile (Directiva 2006/123/CE) sau Directiva privind comerțul electronic (Directiva 2000/31/CE), acestea sunt supuse unui număr de norme din legislația secundară a UE. Articolul 56 din TFUE interzice restricțiile privind libera prestare a serviciilor către beneficiari din alte state membre. ~n cazul Schindler, CJUE a confirmat pentru prima dată că furnizarea și utilizarea de oferte transfrontaliere de jocuri de noroc este o activitate economică ce se `ncadrează `n domeniul de aplicare a tratatului. De asemenea, `n cazul Gambelli, Curtea a declarat că și serviciile oferite prin mijloace electronice intră sub incidența tratatului și că legislația națională care interzice operatorilor stabiliți `ntr-un stat membru să ofere servicii de jocuri de noroc online consumatorilor din alt stat membru, sau care limitează libertatea de a primi sau de a beneficia `n calitate de destinatar de serviciile oferite de un furnizor stabilit `n alt stat membru, constituie o restricționare a liberei prestări a serviciilor. Restricțiile pot fi acceptate numai ca măsuri excepționale, prevăzute `n mod expres la articolele 51 și 52 din TFUE, sau pot fi justificate `n conformitate cu jurisprudența Curții, de motive imperioase de interes general. In the Green Paper on online gambling in the Internal market, published by the European Commission, the way in which the activity of gambling services has been normalized, the special rules by which it is regulated, as well as the practical interpretation of these rules, for the whole industry, is under scrutiny. While gambling services are not subject to sectoral regulation at EU level or horizontal acts such as the Services Directive (Directive 2006/123/EC) or the e-commerce Directive (Directive 2000/31/EC), they are subject to several rules in secondary EU legislation. Article 56 TFEU prohibits restrictions on the freedom to provide services to beneficiaries in other Member States. In the case of Schindler, the CJEU first confirmed, that the provision and use of cross-border gambling offers is an economic activity that falls within the scope of the Treaty. Similarly, in the Gambelli case, the Court stated, that electronic services are also covered by the Treaty and that national legislation prohibiting operators established in a Member State from providing online gambling services to consumers in another Member State, or which limits the freedom to receive or to benefit as recipient of services provided by a supplier, established in another Member State constitutes a restriction on the freedom to provide services. Restrictions can only be accepted as exceptional measures, expressly provided for in Articles 51 and 52 of the TFEU, or can be justified, in accordance with the case-law of the Court, of compelling reasons of general interest. Jurisprudența solicită, de asemenea, ca astfel de prestări de servicii și restricțiile transfrontaliere care pot rezulta din abordarea normativă să determine o reducere reală a posibilităților de jocuri de noroc și să fie aplicate `n mod coerent și sistematic tuturor ofertelor de servicii din domeniu. ~n măsura `n care autoritățile unui stat membru incită și `ncurajează consumatorii să participe, `n beneficiul finanțelor publice, la loterii, la jocuri de noroc și la pariuri, autoritățile statului respectiv nu pot invoca, pentru a justifica restricțiile, probleme de ordine publică ce conduc la necesitatea de a reduce posibilitățile de pariuri. Procedura de acordare a unei licențe trebuie să respecte principiul egalității de tratament și pe cel al nediscriminării, precum și obligația de transparență care decurge din acestea. Definiție: Sumele plătite pentru bilete de loterie sau pariate constau `n două elemente: plata pentru un serviciu către unitatea care organizează loteria sau jocul de noroc și un transfer curent rezidual către câștigători. Plata pentru serviciu poate fi substanțială și cuprinde impozitele pe producția de servicii de tip jocuri de noroc. ~n sistem, transferurile sunt considerate ca fiind efectuate direct `ntre participanții la loterie sau la jocurile de noroc, adică `ntre gospodării. ~n situația participării gospodăriilor nerezidente, pot exista transferuri nete semnificative `ntre sectorul gospodăriilor și restul lumii. 2. REGULAMENTUL (CE) NR. 1126/2008 AL COMISIEI din 3 noiembrie 2008- forma consolidată de adoptare a anumitor standarde internaționale de contabilitate `n conformitate cu Regulamentul (CE) nr. 1606/2002 al Parlamentului European și al Consiliului. Veniturile includ doar intrările brute de beneficii economice primite sau de primit de către entitate `n nume propriu. All recognized societal aspects may serve to justify the need for national authorities to have an enough margin of discretion to determine the requirements imposed by consumer protection and the maintenance of public order, in terms of the type of service offered in this area. The case-law also calls for such services and cross-border restrictions that may result from the regulatory approach, to lead to a real reduction in gambling opportunities and to be applied in a coherent and systematic manner to all service offerings in the field. In so far as the authorities of a Member State incite and encourage consumers to participate, for the benefit of public finances, in lotteries, gambling and betting, the authorities of that State may not invoke public policy issues leading to the need to reduce betting opportunities, in order to justify the restrictions,. Restrictions must be applied without discrimination and must be proportionate and appropriate, to achieve the objective pursued and do not go beyond, what is necessary to achieve it. The procedure for granting a licence must respect the principle of equal treatment and non-discrimination and the obligation of transparency arising therefrom. REGULATION (EU) NO 549/2013 of the European PARLIAMENT AND of the COUNCIL of 21 May 2013 on the European System of national and regional accounts in the European Union Lotteries and gambling, 4,135. Definition: The sums paid for lottery or betting tickets consist of two items: payment for a service to the unit that organizes the lottery or gambling and a residual current transfer to the winners. Payment for the service may be substantial and includes taxes on the production of gambling services. REGULAMENTUL (UE) 2016/679 AL PARLAMENTULUI EUROPEAN ȘI AL CONSILIULUI Regulament privind protecția datelor II. DIRECTIVE ~n ceea ce privește legislația secundară europeană, serviciile de jocuri de noroc nu sunt reglementate de norme sectoriale la nivelul UE, dar fac totuși obiectul unui număr de acte ale UE. Următoarele texte sunt demne de reținut `n acest sens: Directiva serviciilor mass-media audiovizuale, Directiva privind practicile comerciale neloiale, Directiva privind vânzarea la distanță, Directiva `n domeniul spălării banilor, Directiva asupra confidențialității și comunicațiilor electronice și Directiva privind sistemul comun al taxei pe valoarea adăugată. ~n alte cazuri, serviciile de jocuri de noroc au fost excluse `n mod explicit din domeniul de aplicare a legislației UE. Acesta este cazul Directivei privind comerțul electronic și al Directivei privind serviciile. 1. DIRECTIVA 2006/112/CE A CONSILIULUI Directiva privind sistemul comun

al taxei pe valoarea adăugată CAPITOLUL 3, Scutiri pentru alte activități, Articolul 135 (1) Statele membre scutesc următoarele operațiuni: (i) pariuri, loterii și alte forme de jocuri de noroc, sub rezerva condițiilor și restricțiilor stabilite de fiecare stat membru; CAPITOLUL 4, Alte impozite, drepturi și taxe, Articolul 401 Fără să contravină altor dispoziții ale legislației comunitare, prezenta directivă nu `mpiedică niciun stat membru să păstreze sau să introducă taxe pe contractele de asigurări, taxe asupra jocurilor de noroc și pe pariurile sportive, accize, taxe de timbru sau, mai general, orice taxe, drepturi sau impozite care nu se pot caracteriza ca taxe pe cifra de afaceri, cu condiția ca prin colectarea acestor impozite, drepturi și taxe să nu se dea naștere, `n comerțul `ntre statele membre, unele formalități legate de trecerea frontierelor. 2. DIRECTIVA (UE) 2015/849 A PARLAMENTULUI EUROPEAN ȘI A CONSILIULUI Directiva `n domeniul spălării banilor, Articolul 2 (1) Prezenta directivă se aplică următoarelor entități obligate: (f) furnizorii de servicii de jocuri de noroc; 14. „servicii de jocuri de noroc” `nseamnă orice serviciu care presupune o miză cu valoare monetară `n jocuri de noroc, inclusiv `n cele cu un element de abilitate, cum ar fi loteriile, jocurile de cazinou, jocurile de poker și pariurile, furnizate `ntr-un sediu fizic sau prin orice fel de mijloace la distanță, pe cale electronică sau cu ajutorul oricărui alt tip de tehnologii care facilitează comunicarea, și la solicitarea individuală a destinatarului serviciilor; 3. DIRECTIVA 2011/83/UE A PARLAMENTULUI EUROPEAN ȘI A CONSILIULUI Directiva privind vânzarea la distanță, Articolul 3, Domeniu de aplicare (3) Prezenta directivă nu se aplică contractelor: (c) având ca obiect jocurile de noroc care implică mizarea pe un pot cu valoare pecuniară `n jocuri de noroc, inclusiv loterii, jocuri de cazinou și tranzacții de tipul pariurilor; Revenim cu alte opinii, `n următorul număr al revistei...

The payment of the service to the organizer is defined as income from the gambling activity and it follows, that the difference between the game participation fee and the prizes awarded, those amounts representing the economic benefits received in their own name and there, where applicable, any commissions collected shall be added. 3. REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL Data Protection Regulation II. DIRECTIVES As far as European secondary legislation is concerned, gambling services are not regulated by sectoral rules at EU level but are nevertheless subject to several EU acts. The following texts are noteworthy: The Audio-visual Media Services Directive, the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive, the Distance Selling Directive, the Money Laundering Directive, the Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications and the Directive on the Common System of Value Added Tax added. Responsibility in this area also belongs to gambling organizers, which must take appropriate measures to protect players and vulnerable people, the state, which, by monitoring the activity, must ensure that gambling is organized in a fair, fair and transparent, but also to players who have to carry out their work in compliance with the laws and regulations of the game, and not to lose sight of the fact that gambling is ultimately just a form of entertainment and not a source of income.

Piața jocurilor de noroc din România este în prezent una tot mai dinamică și a cunoscut în ultimii ani o dezvoltare susținută, inclusiv în mediul online. Acest lucru determină companiile care activează în această industrie să se concentreze din ce în ce mai mult pe o strategie de comunicare eficientă dar în același timp responsabilă. institutions – is the one, who finances or financially supports organisations or structures that provide services in the direction of promoting the responsible gaming concept. Finally, in South Africa or the Czech Republic, there is a mix of sources of funding between the state and the gaming industry.

Italy

Spania este un alt exemplu de bună practică în privința jocului responsabil, prin faptul că aici există un Consiliu Consultativ pentru Joc Responsabil, înființat la sfârșitul anului 2018, printr-un ordin al Ministerului Spaniol de Finanțe. Consiliul este prezidat de președintele Directoratului General pentru Reglementare în Domeniul Jocurilor de Noroc - organism aflat sub tutela Ministerului Finanțelor - și este format din reprezentanți ai operatorilor de jocuri de noroc, experți în domeniu, universități și organizații de protecție a consumatorilor sau a căror activitate abordează și tematica jocurilor de noroc.

Africa de Sud

Interesant de remarcat este și exemplul Africii de Sud, unde există Fundația Sud-Africană pentru Joc Responsabil. Aceasta este o organizație înființată printr-un parteneriat public-privat între autoritățile de reglementare și industria jocurilor de noroc, ca răspuns la anumite situații legate de comportamentul compulsiv față de jocurile de noroc, manifestat de anumite persoane din această țară. Fundația este finanțată în mod voluntar de companii din industria jocurilor de noroc (0,01% din veniturile brute ale fiecărei companii finanțatoare), dar și din fonduri publice.

Regatul Unit al Marii Britanii

În Marea Britanie, implicarea în acțiuni sau proiecte care abordează tema jocului responsabil este asigurată de două tipuri de organizații: ONG-uri independente (cunoscute

drept organizații de tip „charity”) așa cum sunt GambleAware sau GamCare pe de o parte, și Grupul Industriei Jocurilor de Noroc pentru un Joc Responsabil (IGRG), o organizație susținută de industria de gambling din Marea Britanie, pe de altă parte. Dacă GamCare oferă servicii atât pentru jucătorii cu probleme legate de jocurile de noroc cât și pentru industrie (inclusiv consultanță pentru implementarea strategiilor de responsabilitate socială corporativă în domeniul promovării jocului responsabil), în cazul GambleAware, lucrurile stau diferit. Astfel, GambleAware este specializată exclusiv pe acordarea de finanțări pentru orice organizație care dezvoltă proiecte în direcția jocului responsabil, fondurile provenind exclusiv din industria jocurilor de noroc. Cât despre IGRG, aceasta este formată din cinci asociații care reprezintă operatorii din toate sectoarele industriei locale a jocurilor de noroc. În esență, organizația acționează în direcția îmbunătățirii și promovării practicilor responsabile în industria de profil și elaborează și reînnoiește permanent așa-numitul Cod al Industriei Jocurilor de Noroc pentru Promovarea Responsabilă Social.

România

În România, Asociația Joc Responsabil (AJR) a devenit deja un reper în acest sens, prin proiectele pe care le dezvoltă și implementează. Gândită ca o asociație sprijinită financiar de industria jocurilor de noroc din România, AJR, prin proiectele pe care le derulează, închide cercul: de la educație și prevenție (prin programul Antrenat de Majorat derulat în licee), până la consiliere psihologică în cadrul programului Joc Responsabil la unul din cele 6 cabinete existente în București, Cluj-Napoca, Iași, Constanța și Craiova. Concluzionând, putem spune că în ceea ce privește promovarea jocului responsabil, România este, în multe privințe o piață similară cu cele cu experiență mai vastă în acest domeniu.

Creșterea jocurilor de noroc online a încetinit în Spania În ciuda declinului pokerului, piața jocurilor de noroc din Spania a înregistrat o creștere notabilă în primul trimestru din 2019, piața extinzându-se cu peste o cincime. Cifra a fost anunțată la începutul lunii, de Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego (DGOJ) din Spania, organul de reglementare local. Iar cifrele arată că operatorii online locali au înregistrat o creștere modestă de 21.4%, față de Q4 din 2018. De asemenea, s-a observat o creștere cu 20.1% față de primul trimestru din 2018. În ultimul an, piața online reglementată din Spania a experimentat o creștere încetinită, ceea ce a început să provoace o anumită îngrijorare. was not able to replicate. In actual fact, online sports betting revenue was up 26.2% year on year but that amounted to only 0.63% in Q4 of 2018. Furthermore, the share of in-play betting revenue was up 11.5% from the Q4, whilst pre-match revenue was down by 11%. The betting turnover was up 12.6% year on year, but remained 10/5% below the Q4’s volume. Additionally, exchange betting turnover and revenue fell by a massive 46.2% and 21.6% respectively. Whilst racing turnover was up nearly one third year on year, racing turnover was down to nearly one-third. The online casino vertical also experienced an increase in its revenue, with it rising by one-fifth. This increase was largely thanks to a 29.2% spike in slots revenue. Unfortunately, this still remains a relatively small chunk of the gambling pie. However, the largest percentage gain was posted by baccarat . It experienced a massive increase of nearly 1400% year on year. Online poker revenue experienced the worst results, seeing itself fall by 1.4% year on year, despite being up by 2.7% from Q4. Whilst tournaments improved by 5%, the fall was mostly a consequence of cash games, which recorded a fall of 5.7%. In total and combined, the Spanish-licensed operators spent €92.2m on marketing efforts in Q1, an increase in 21.4% year on year. Although it was down from Q4, there was also an increase in advertising spend, with an extra 16.1% being spent on it.
