Established in 1992, the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China is a non-profit organisation governed by its members represented by a board of 30 members elected among the French companies in China. Today the French Chamber of Commerce in China is the 3rd largest French Chamber of Commerce in the world. The French Chamber is part of the French Union of Chambers of Commerce and Industry Overseas (CCI France International), consisting of 111 chambers in 81 countries representing the most important private network of French companies in the world.

Qingdao est une ville du littoral Est chinois située dans la province du Shandong. Elle est mondialement connue pour sa bière Tsingtao, mais aussi pour ses magnifiques paysages et son climat agréable. C’est dans la zone Ouest de cette ville que les autorités chinoises et allemandes ont conjointement décidé d’établir l’Écoparc sinoallemand, un parc d’activités économiques et industriels nouvelle génération. Les caractéristiques de L’écoparc: Surface Une superficie de 11,6 km2 divisée en trois grandes zones : 1. Industries (base de production, usines...) ; 2. Centres d’affaires et résidences (école, commerces, bureaux, logements...) ; 3. Recherche et technologies (universités, centre de recherche...) ; Les zones 1 et 2 sont divisées en huit secteurs qui prennent la forme de galets, pierre très présente dans cette région de Chine ; quant à la zone 3, située à proximité des montagnes, elle prend la forme d’un serpent. 45 % de la surface de l’Écoparc est réservée aux activités industrielles et économiques, 25 % aux résidences et 30 % aux espaces verts. Un Écoparc a l’atmosphère très européenne car conçu et imaginé par des designers et architectes allemands. Les secteurs industriels du parc Trois principaux secteurs sont représentés sur cet Écoparc sino-allemand : • Les énergies nouvelles • La fabrication d’équipements de haute technologie • La biomédecine entreprises françaises ? Vous êtes Les bienVenues ! Compte tenu de l’implication des autorités allemandes sur ce projet, 50 % des zones d’implantation de ce parc sont réservées à des entreprises allemandes. Les 50 % restantes sont ouvertes à tous les entreprises étrangères désireuses de s’implanter dans l’Écoparc. En 2013, environ 560 représentants de 136 entreprises ou organismes étrangers (hors Allemagne) — dont une dizaine de structures

françaises — sont venus visiter le parc et s’entretenir avec les responsables du comité d’administration du parc. Plusieurs entreprises chinoises, américaines, italiennes, et aussi françaises sont en cours de négociations avec le comité d’administration. Un parc 100 % « écolo » ! Nous proposons un parc d’activités complètement éco-responsable : Construction verte Tous les bâtiments du parc — bureaux, résidences et usines — respectent les normes chinoises de constructions vertes : choix des matériaux de construction, fonctionnement par des énergies propres, etc. Priorité aux déplacements doux Marche, vélo, bus électrique, tout est mis en œuvre pour favoriser les déplacements doux sur le site. Grâce à son réseau de bus, vous pouvez faire le tour du parc en 15 minutes et vous déplacer rapidement à l’intérieur de chaque zone. La circulation aux voitures sur la zone sera interdite, elles seront garées dans des parkings souterrains. 40 normes L’Écoparc sino-allemand a fixé une liste de 40 normes qui garantissent un espace respectueux de l’environnement, pour en citer quelques unes : • Taux d’utilisation des énergies renouvelables : 15 % • Proportion de l’approvisionnement énergétique par des énergies distribuées : 60 % • Contraintes sur les émissions de CO2 par unité de GDP : 180tCO2/million USD • Contraintes sur les investissements R&D par rapport au GDP : 3 % • Espaces verts par habitant : 30 m2 • Ces normes devraient être atteintes en 2012. U-Energy Network Le « U-Energy Network » s’impose comme un atout de l’Écopark, qui lui permettra d’atteindre ses objectifs écologiques. Il s’agit d’un système de régulation du mix énergétique, qui grâce à des technologies innovantes et au cloud computing, permet de faire réguler la consommation en gaz naturel du parc, soutenue par des énergies renouvelables, éolien, solaires, géothermique,etc. Une fois l’U-Energy Network mis en place, le parc fonctionnera à 80,6 % grâces à des énergies propres, et 15 % grâce à des énergies renouvelables. Un système qui permettra également de fortes réductions des coûts de consommation d’énergie.
