Trainer’s Network Presentation Adam LIU With 4 years of working experience in a foreign company and six years training experience, Mr. Liu has rich practical experience in the field of software. Alan LEE Mr. Alan Lee worked in a prestigious multinational manufacturer as head of engineering department for 15 years. He has been engaged in business, quality, engineering and customer services improvement for more than 30 years. He was the Chairman of the Hong Kong Leadership Training Association for the years 1994 to 1997 and has been very active in the development of leadership training for the businesses in Hong Kong. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Cheng Kung University of Taiwan and a Master of Science Degree in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick, UK.

After more than 12 years of experience in training and coaching professional skills in Asia, he has a deep insight into the expectations of professionals with global responsibilities. Trainer’s Network Presentation Haijuan CHEN Ms. Haijuan CHEN, Doctorate in law, is a senior lawyer of Guangzhou office, DS Law Firm. Haijuan CHEN has developed an expertise in labor law, including individual and collective negotiations with a wealth of practical experience in labor law: providing daily labor law consulting for dozens of foreign enterprises; drafting, reviewing and modifying a large number of rules and regulations, employee handbooks and labor contracts; participating in numerous labor disputes, negotiations (including collective bargaining), dealt with many cases of dismissal successfully; having plentiful experience in employment law arrangement for foreign workers in China; also training Chinese labor law short-term courses to FIE human resources directors and general managers.

Hugo COFFART Hugo graduated from EDHEC Business school (Lille, France) in Business management and studied mandarin language in South China Normal University (Guangzhou) for over a year. He has been living in Guangzhou since 2005 and speaks mandarin fluently. Hugo is the founder of Centre de formation au français Hugo, one of the leading French language schools in China, which offers French language courses from beginner to advanced (C1) levels. The school also provides consulting services for students willing to pursue their studies in France or immigrate to Quebec province (Canada).

Joan WU Ms. Joan WU, has a total of 15 years of experience in Accounting. She has been with Mazars for more than seven years and is a manager in the Mazars Guangzhou Outsourcing Department. Before joining Mazars, she worked at Arthur Andersen for more than seven years. The clients she serves are mainly foreign invested manufacturing, services and trading companies, as well as representative offices. Lily TING Born and educated in France, Lily Ting started her career in Hong Kong. She set up the recruitment department of the French Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and worked for two leading recruitment firms. Ying YU Professor YU graduated from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies with a master degree of translation and interpretation, a bachelor degree of French language and a bachelor degree of international trade and economics. She has over 5 years of teaching experience and delivers French courses from beginner to advanced levels (C1). She is praised by her students for her ability to explain clearly the French language grammar rules and vocabulary.

Xiao CHEN Ms. Chen Xiao (SABINE) has got her PhD in French linguistics from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, and now works as French teacher at Foreign Language School of Guangzhou University.
