Program description Format The operation will remain on 1.5 days but with a new organization to maximize business opportunities. • One half day of conference, official meetings and welcome dinner. • One full day of business meetings.

Process The French Chamber will work closely with companies to help them get the best out of the event. A meeting will be held before the event in order to understand the company objectives. After the event, a follow-up will be done on both sides (French and Chinese) and a report will be edited to indicate which channel to focus on to get the business done.

Industry oriented The organizing committee will focus on cities core industries and opportunities to attract the right companies and build an influential delegation.

Capital of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in southern China. The city is located in the southern part of the province, 160 km (99 mi) from the border with Vietnam. It is located in the Nanning basin, one of the four major basins in Guangxi, and enjoys a fine reputation of “the Chinese green city”. Nanning has a developed transportation network covering aviation, railway, land road and waterway. As of 2012, Nanning’s population is 6.6 million. The first industry represents 11% of the economy, the second 38% and the third 51%. The eight pillar industries of Nanning include agricultural and sideline foodstuffs processing, paper products, chemical materials and products, pharmaceutical manufacturing, electric machinery and equipment manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, IT and construction materials. Presently Nanning owns 18 development zones and industrial centers. GDP 2012: RMB 350.36 billion (+12.3%)

黑龙江 Province of the People's Republic of China located in the northeastern part of the country, it borders Jilin in the south and Inner Mongolia to the west; it also borders Russia to the north and east. The province is China’s largest grain producer, and China’s gateway to Russia. Over ¼ of China’s trade with Russia is conducted through Heilongjiang. As of 2012, Heilongjiang’s population is 38.34 million. The first industry represents 8% of the economy, the second 52% and the third 40%. In 2012, the total value of Heilongjiang’s foreign trade reached 228 billion RMB. Main industries are Animal husbandry and fishery, Green food, Machinery, Petrochemical, Energy, Food industry. GDP 2012: RMB 1 380 billion (+11.5%)

A major city in central China and one of the five national central cities in the People's Republic of China. It is one of the PRC's four direct-controlled municipalities (with Beijing, Shanghai and Tianjin) and its population reaches 29.45 million inhabitants. Chongqing has a significant history and culture and serves as the economic centre of the upstream Yangtze basin. The first industry represents 8.25% of the economy, the second 52.41% and the third 39.34%. Chongqing is one of the old industrial bases of China. It is a major automotive, military, iron & steel and aluminum industry centre in China. Chongqing’s industry is dominated by heavy industry. In 2012, the gross output of telecommunication equipment, computers and other electronic equipment industries grew by 89.9%. By the end of 2012, 225 of the world top 500 companies have set up operations in Chongqing. It is a retail and wholesale center of southern and western China. GDP 2012: RMB 1 146 billion (+12.6%)
