1.4. Confirmation email for registration If your information is valid, you will receive a confirmation email with your username and password to log on to the Riviera-ports site. To access it, you must connect to your mailbox (gmail, yahoo, outlook, etc.) and check that it is there, then follow its instructions. If it is not, look at your spam box and add riviera-ports as a contact, also allow the images it sends you. If it still does not appear, contact the following email address: webmaster.rivieraports@cote-azur.cci.fr

2.4 What to do if you want to convert your account into a port client account? When we created a "non-client port" account and logged in, a message suggests that we change our account to a "port client" account. Click OK to do it.

For any request to modify your personal information, the update will be effective after validation of the port (delay 1 to 5 working days). Only port officials are authorized to accept or reject your application. Any request to modify the information concerning your boat (s) will be effective only after presentation to the port officials of the official documents proving these changes.

Within 48 hours, once the payment has been made and after receiving the bank confirmation, the port will change the status of your invoice and it will appear as "Bill of Sale" in the invoice table of your Riviera Ports account.
