CEDIA BRINGS EXCITING CONFERENCE PROGRAM TO ISE 2025

ISE brings together the latest residential technology and innovation into one convenient place for EMEA visitors to see and experience first-hand. All the major brands will be at the event to make gamechanging product launches, announce new initiatives, and meet with their customers.
There’s also a wealth of education to support what’s available on the show floor in the CEDIA Smart Home Technology Conference.
The main conference program in 2025 has 36 sessions, more than last year, and our program will focus on an extensive range of topics with training delivered in four expertled workshops and shorter course sessions.
The technical and business topics reflect the variety of content on the show floor and include Lighting & Wellness; Business Strategies & Project Management; Power Management, Energy & Sustainability; Home Cinema & Immersive Audio; AI & Tech Trends; Architecture, Design & Build; Control Systems & Assistive Technologies; and, IT, Networking & Cybersecurity. There is something for every smart home technology visitor in this program.
The professional smart home installation sector is continuing to grow, driven by consumer demand and technology innovation. As a result, focusing on the
topics of growth and innovation is huge for CEDIA. We have multiple sessions in the ISE Conference program that will support and challenge integrators to adapt, to take advantage of business opportunities, and to remain successful.
For example, lighting and wellness is a huge area within this ecosystem that’s growing daily and which we will be addressing at ISE. Here, one of our best reviewed sessions from the CEDA Expo in Denver will be joining the ISE line-up, featuring Andy Bull, Bruce Clark, and LaDonna Erickson. It’s called Myth Busting & Delivering Human Centric Lighting and Wellness. Don’t miss it.
Rich Green, CEDIA veteran and recent winner of our CEDIA Lifetime Achievement Award will be back with his annual look at what’s hot and what’s new direct from Silicon Valley. We also have courses, covering solid business strategy and project management content, allowing integrators to make sure that they can keep up with the pace of technology innovation and market growth.
Sustainability is a significant topic, increasingly top of mind for consumers and for CEDIA members. Again, it represents an area of business opportunity through the improved control and management of energy that professionally installed technology can provide. Our job at CEDIA is to help ensure that integrators are equipped to deliver the right technology solutions which can lead to a positive, more sustainable outcome for their clients. At ISE, our Power Management, Energy & Sustainability track will provide numerous and varied options for attendees to increase their knowledge in this area and deliver on those goals.
Another conference highlight will be CEDIA’s own Walt Zerbe hosting a presentation on RP1, our new upcoming best practice that provides essential data on speakers and amplifiers to help integrators make informed decisions during project design. Also
unmissable will be CEDIA board member, Eric Bodley, who will be teaching a hands-on session on fiber termination.
We’re excited to run four separately ticketed workshops at ISE 2025. It’s difficult to pick any stand-out workshops but all integrators should attend From Cables to Content: Mastering Marketing for Integrators. It will cover social media, email marketing, and web design. This is going to be a great day-long course to help you elevate your business messaging.
Also, Rich Green and Peter Aylett are back to run their Design Thinking workshop. This full day version will be hands-on and is sure to get the creative juices flowing. It’s a totally ‘outside the box’ workshop that will help integrators think differently about their approach to business and the industry – an absolute must.
We will once again be hosting a fantastic line up of informative sessions on the CEDIA Smart Home Technology Stage. The program includes topics such as Lighting and the Philosophy of the Body; Managing Passwords and System Access for Your Business and Your Customers; Choosing the Right Design & Build Partners; Creating New Revenue Streams Where Residential Meets Commercial; and Navigated AI Threats in the AV Industry.

A Feature-Packed ISE Experience
Made up of 12 distinct areas – and more than five times the space of its ISE 2024 offering – the Sonos booth will host sections dedicated to commercial, architectural and home theatre audio markets, as well as an on-site training area.
On show for the first time at ISE is the Era 100 Pro, a professional speaker which features the rich sound, elegant design, and versatile control that Sonos is known for. With Power over Ethernet, Era 100
Pro simplifies the installation process for professionals by eliminating the cost and complexities of having to install AC mains at each speaker location. A dedicated commercial space will showcase Era 100 Pro mounted in different layouts using the versatile Era 100 Pro Surface Mount, which enables installation in any orientation.
A separate speakeasy room will also feature six Era 100 Pro units mounted on the walls and ceiling, highlighting its professional features as well as zones, which allows users to configure speakers together into a predictable, unified entity to control larger scale installations. Era 100 Pro speakers will also be mounted in the café bar area to provide background audio.
Meanwhile, the home theatre area will spotlight the Arc Ultra soundbar which delivers a 9.1.4 Dolby Atmos spatial audio experience in a sleek design. Arc Ultra also debuts the brand’s Sound Motion technology, which drastically reduces the size of the transducer while supercharging the bass, allowing bigger, better sound to be delivered from smaller products. Sonos Era 300 speakers and Sub 4 subwoofers will round out the system, delivering an immersive home theatre experience. Arc Ultra’s proprietary technology will also be on display visually to allow attendees to see the inner workings of the soundbar.
A partnerships wall will demonstrate how the new Sonos search API is strengthening compatibility with third-party control systems. Separate areas include an architectural audio space showcasing in-wall, in-ceiling and outdoor speakers by Sonos and Sonance, a Sonos Ace headphones listening bar and additional demo and meeting rooms.
