Message from the President

Salutations Centennial Key Club August went by very fast! I love seeing each and every single one of you attend our meetings! As we enter September, our CNH District has a theme called, “SERVE-TEMBER! The district has these cool overlays, and I encourage all of you to get your free overlay! Continue serving all the time because doing for other can make an impact in your life as it does for me on daily basis! If you ever need to get a hold of me, don't hesitate to reach out to me anytime! Thank you and enjoy the rest of the month! - Ryan Cervantez, President

Hello Bulldog Key Clubbers! I Hope you guys are having fun these past two weeks without me, due to a business I had to attend too. I’m excited for the upcoming events that we are participating in and I hope you guys participate as well! I’m really pumped up for the upcoming RTC and Fall Rally because it will be my first time experiencing these events and I hope you’re more exhilarated than me! I hope to work hard and have fun with you guys! Can't wait to see you all again! - Justin Lim, Bulletin Editor

Horses 4 Heroes On August 26, our club volunteered with an organization called, “Horses4Heroes. We spent the day at Tule Springs working with horses by feeding the horses, and picking up horse dung. Members also picked up trash around the facility. We also had members clean and dust a shed which they got it done on good timing! For some members, finding the place was tricky, but in the end, we all found each other and performed service as a team! We had fourteen awesome members attended and they were all prepared with all the forms. Faculty Advisor Ms. Willis was very happy to see everyone bring the required forms and seeing everyone eager to do service!

Sensational Experience!

Member of the Month

During the Month of August, Valarie Higgins showed her dedication to Key Club by being enthusiastic at Baby Bulldog Breakfast when recruiting new members. She shows her love for service by always volunteering on her own time, and at Key Club events. Last thing is, whenever there is an issue that needs to be addressed, she always comes to the board to voice her concerns.

New Treasurer

Hey Bulldogs, I'm Valarie Higgins, your new Treasurer for the 2017-2018 term. I hope to do more fundraisers and raise more money not only for the club, but our charities too. However, my biggest goal will be to unify the club as a family by giving us more events and opportunities to make a difference in our community!
