A Bronx Tale
In February, Centers Health Care founder and CEO Kenny Rozenberg went back to where it all began— Williamsbridge Center—to mark the 25th anniversary of the company.

Back to Williamsbridge Center, where it all began.
He spoke about the past, present and future of post-acute health care and recognized the healthcare heroes who make up the Center’s staff. “It takes unbelievable people to accomplish unbelievable things,” he said, “and that’s what you do.”
A new addition to the family Creekview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is now Rochester Center— a Centers Health Care facility.
Kenny’s Corner
Happy National Skilled Nursing Care Week! To our amazing, dedicated team. You are #CentersHeroes. Our thanks— and our hearts—go out to you. I’ve never been more proud of—or awed by—the Centers Health Care teams across our network and throughout our facilities. Every day, without fail, you demonstrate the courage to step up— and the commitment to safeguard the health and well-being of our patients, residents and your co-workers. The world has changed. You have not…because I’ve seen it with my own eyes: you have always been steadfast in your dedication and courage. We honor you. We salute you. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You are #CentersHeroes.
