GOTM Rehab Program in Top 5% Nationwide UDSMR* data supports the following statement about the GOTM Rehab Program at Buffalo Center and Ellicott Center. Both Centers “exceed the 95th percentile of nationally comparable Skilled Nursing Facilities for the level of independence the facility sends their Sub-Acute Rehab residents back to the community. Designed to improve clinical outcomes with an improved resident experience, the GOTM Rehab Program speeds recovery and gets residents back to their homes, families, and lives as quickly as possible.
Anything that speeds the way back to full recovery and good health is good news. And as the UDSMR data makes clear, when it comes to rehab and recovery, the GOTM Rehab Program is just what the doctor ordered. *Uniform Data System for Medical Rehabilitation
Kenny’s Corner
The future of Centers Health Care is coming to Brooklyn. I’m thrilled and honored to announce the imminent arrival—in the heart of Brooklyn—of a new addition to the Centers family. The all-new Brooklyn Center transcends the typical skilled nursing experience by combining state-of-the-art care with amazing surroundings and amenities. This combination provides residents with a unique setting that is focused on outcomes and comfort, all in the most modern facility in New York. A 280,000 square-foot facility, Brooklyn Center features a 6,000 square-foot therapy suite, cutting-edge rehab technology, 14,000 square-feet of rooftop and outdoor spaces with panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline—and that’s just the beginning. With 24/7 nursing services, full-time physician services, and a discrete 24-patient dialysis center, the facility reflects our mission for all Centers: build a contemporary culture of good health where superior healthcare and successful outcomes are achieved by design. Brooklyn Center is itself a successful outcome, and like so many endeavors at Centers Health Care, the product of a great team effort—from the ground up.

News from the Centers
Easy as Pie!
Warren Center celebrated summer with a pie-throwing and water balloon war. No word on who won, but we’re guessing that everyone did. It was fun for all!
Christmas in July
Santa Clause popped in at Deptford Center wearing a Hawaiian shirt and swim suit. Good of him to take time out from his Maui holiday to stop by. Surf’s up!
A Good Deal!
Beth Abraham Center invited residents to enjoy Casino Night on the outdoor patio—and fun was in the cards. Feeling lucky? Ante up!
Can Elephants Fly? They sure can—for one night, anyway, at Kingston Center. They had a movie night under the stars, but the real star was Dumbo, in the movie named after him.
Our Heroes
Buffalo Center wanted to celebrate and honor the community’s first responders. If you want to recognize good people, bring out the good food…and in Buffalo, that means BBQ!
A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood
Triboro Center held the third annual Be an Angel Day to help bring the neighborhood closer. They put their hands—and heads—together and got to know each other better. Ice cream for all was a nice touch.
