Have you just started a small (or big) business? Or maybe you’re planning to relaunch your existing product range with a new and exciting look, packaging and online presence? Meet Matilda Wilson. With an ethos cemented in helping brands stand out in a crowded market, local art director and designer Matilda Wilson is the ‘behind the scenes’ creative responsible for the brand identity, strategy and art direction of some of the Central Coast’s most talked-about brands. From the recent design and e-commerce development of FWD FORM Nutrition to the rebranding of renowned bridal atelier KOUKLA by Natasha Prestidge and the national roll-out of Pearls of Australia’s new look across their WA and Broken Bay locations, to name a few, Matilda believes that everything created, communicated and developed by her studio is fully client-centric and tailored to the brand at hand. Specialising in brand identity, website development, print and packaging, Matilda – or Tilly, as you’ll come to know her – is rapidly establishing

her position as the one-stop-studio for all things creative on the Central Coast for small businesses and entrepreneurs. Matilda is passionate about empowering developing brands – particularly local brands – to achieve their goals. She has spent several years meticulously building a resource bank of commercial printers, packaging developers and resources that, firstly, make her clients’ lives easier and secondly, provide viable, environmentally responsible options – a factor that is increasingly imperative to the success of brands in our current climate. This environmental consideration has been central to Matilda’s process since the inception of her business. One per cent of Matilda Wilson Creative's annual income is donated to not-for-profit organisation GreenFleet Australia, which offsets carbon emissions through the restoration of native forests and biodiverse sites across the country.
