Wild Encounters at the Oklahoma City Zoo and Botanical Garden
The Zoo’s NEW behind-the-scenes experiences, are wilder than ever--every day of the week! Wild Encounters enable you to get up close and personal with grizzly bears, sea lions, elephants and Galapagos tortoises. All ages welcome. Groups up to 10 people. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets are based on per person basis for each encounter schedule below: •

Field Trips at Sam Noble Museum Your museum adventure begins here! Everything you need to plan your class visit to the Sam Noble Museum can be found here! Browse the museum’s innovative educational programs, exhibits and experiences that inspire learners of all ages to understand the natural and cultural world. Want to book a field trip right now? Book online or call the Education Department at 405325-1008. Please note, groups that must cancel a scheduled educational program should do so at least two weeks in advance to not be charged for programs. If your group arrives late for a scheduled educational program, we will make every effort to accommodate your group. However, it may be necessary to shorten, alter or cancel the program. Schools will be responsible for all programs costs of the originally scheduled reservation. Hours for School Groups Monday – Friday: 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Summer Admission (Memorial Day through Labor Day): Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday: 1 to 5 p.m. School Group Admission Fees Starting fall 2016 school year, payment for all visitors, students, complimentary chaperones and extra adults is due in one transaction. Students Children 3 and under Complimentary admission Youth ages 4 to 17; $4 Chaperones (Must be over 18) Pre-K through Grade 5 Complimentary for 1 adult per every 5 students Grades 6 through 12 Complimentary for 1 adult per every 10 students Extra adults; $7 If the number of adults with your group exceeds the complimentary chaperone number, the additional adults will be charged a discounted admission rate of $7 per adult. All additional adults should be paid for in one transaction to receive the discounted rate. The lead teacher should determine before arrival which adults will receive complimentary chaperone admission and who will be responsible for payment. Jasmin Moran Children’s Museum Birthday Parties! The Jasmine Moran Children’s Museum offers special rates for a “Birthday Blast” with a minimum of 5 children. Admission for children is $15.00 and $9.00 for adults.
