THE AIESEC EXPERIENCE The AIESEC Experience is comprised of three main phases, each of them describing the type of interaction an individual has with the organization. Each of them has customized activities that complements its participants in their personal growth and their contribution to AIESEC.
EXPERIENTIAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT The core of the AIESEC Experience is the Experiential Leadership Development phase.
