Health & Well-being Savings & Retirement Time & Life Simplicity, Choice & Flexibility Cerner offers a set of benefits to address your physical, financial and emotional health. At Cerner, we believe the foundation for a successful career starts with a variety of options that meet your needs while supporting a healthy lifestyle.

You are eligible to enrol in Cerner Benefits on your first day of employment. Eligibility for Cerner Benefits will vary by benefit. Generally, most associates will be eligible for Benefits. If a benefit provides coverage for dependents, eligible dependents will generally include your spouse, opposite and same-gender domestic partners, and eligible children. 3


Healthe at Cerner Cerner supports and encourages healthy lifestyles through what we call Healthe at Cerner, our coordinated programs and services around health and well-being, designed for you and your family members. Healthe at Cerner lets you take an active role in managing and achieving your health and well-being goals; it is our mission to empower associates and their families to obtain their optimal level of health.

As a consumer of healthcare, you and your family should feel empowered with the necessary tools and resources to actively manage all aspects of your health and care. Healthe at Cerner programs, tools and services are available to support you in making the best healthcare choices for you and your family.

Health & Well-being Health and Well-being Programming Healthe at Cerner offers a variety of programs, tools and resources to help you be proactive in your health and overall well-being, including: • • • • •

Online wellness classes and webinars. On-demand Serenity Sessions and Mindful Minutes for guided mindfulness and meditation. Mental well-being programming through THRIVE, featuring education and resources on topics such as stress management, resilience, sleep, flexible thinking, suicide awareness and more. Well-Being Connect for virtual fitness, mobility and wellness classes, mindfulness, blogs and other on-demand classes and activities. Comprehensive support through My Life Resources, Cerner’s Associate Assistance Program, including access to therapy services, financial and legal consultation, research and referral services, tobacco cessation support and more. See page 12 for more details.

Physical Well-being Highlights On-Demand Fitness Cerner provides associates easy access to over 100 different fitness class options using an ondemand fitness app. All classes are available at no cost to associates and eligible dependents and can be done anytime, anywhere. Classes range from Bootcamp to Barre, Strength Training to Stretching, Mobility, Meditation, and more. Once connected, search the app for classes based on format, length, instructor, level or language. Fitness Reimbursement Cerner encourages healthy lifestyles and offers a fitness reimbursement benefit for approved types of athletic facilities and activities. Associates may be reimbursed for 50% of monthly fees up to a maximum of £475 per calendar year. Reference the fitness reimbursement policy for more details. Musculoskeletal Health Cerner offers a variety of programs and services designed to help you manage your musculoskeletal health and enable you to move with more comfort and ease. We use a movement-based treatment approach to improve joint health, mitigate injury and enhance performance. One of these programs, Build Better Joints, is completely virtual in design and guides associates through eight weeks of mobility routines and curated educational resources. With courses specific to the neck and shoulders, lower back and knee, Build Better Joints can be your first step to a more active, pain-free life.

Healthcare

Healthcare Cerner UK associates and eligible family members, defined as your spouse/partner and dependent children, have access to a supplemental private health insurance plan through our partner AXA PPP Healthcare. This plan offers you coverage for: • •

Inpatient and day-patient treatment and associated specialist changes Outpatient surgical procedures Radiotherapy and chemotherapy Treatment of psychiatric illness

The AXA PPP Network also allows for faster appointments and includes more than 180 hospitals, day-patient units, scanning centers and other private healthcare facilities. Cerner pays 100% of the premium for associates. Additional cost applies if you choose to cover your dependents. Treatment is paid for after a £200 annual excess per member is met. Included in your program is access to Doctor@Hand, provided by Doctor Care Anywhere, a telehealth benefit that provides you with immediate access to a general practitioner (GP) for video and telephone consults. This service provides 24/7, year-round appointments with a GP.

Dental

Dental Care Cerner UK associates and eligible family members, defined as your spouse/ partner and dependent children, have access to supplemental dental insurance through our partner DenPlan. This benefit gives associates and their covered dependents access to NHS and private dental treatment, with the freedom to choose any dentist, where and when they need. This benefit covers: • Routine Examinations • Hygienist treatments • Dental x-rays • Restorative Treatments Cerner pays 100% of the premium for associates. Additional cost applies if you choose to cover your dependents. 7


Retirement Cerner’s comprehensive pension plan, through Fidelity, ensures the financial wellbeing of our associates and their families. Cerner will match your pension contributions, up to a maximum of 10% of your monthly basic salary. Upon employment, you are automatically enroled in the plan with a 5% default minimum contribution. You can opt out of participation if you so choose. The pension plan provides a 20% tax relief on your contributions. Any contributions made to your pension account, are invested into a fund or range of funds. You can choose which funds you are invested in, otherwise your contributions will be invested in the default option, FutureWise, an automated investment approach that changes as you get closer to retirement. If you decide to manage your own investment approach, Fidelity provides you with the opportunity to select from over 70 fund options.

Travel Plans ACE Travel Assistance Cerner provides travel life, accident and emergency medical insurance plans for associates and their eligible dependents at no cost. All eligible associates are automatically enroled. These benefits are insured by ACE American Insurance Company.

Travel Emergency Medical Travel protection insurance is provided to Cerner associates travelling on international business. The plan provides the following types of coverage: ◼ Secondary Medical Insurance for Accidents and Illness ◼ Emergency Medical Evacuation and Repatriation ◼ Medical assistance services ◼ Personal assistance ◼ Travel assistance

This plan is secondary insurance and will pay covered claims after any other insurance or national healthcare payments are made.

Travel Life and Accident This Plan insures you if you experience a loss while traveling on business for Cerner (including personal deviation for up to fourteen days) excluding normal commuting to and from work.

Leaves & Life Insurance Leaves

Cerner provides a comprehensive set of absence policies to allow associates the ability to balance personal and work needs:

Maternity Leave – Up to 52 weeks of leave time. 100% pay is provided for the first 6 weeks, 12 weeks at 50% pay, and then 21 weeks at the statutory pay level. The last 13 weeks are unpaid. Paternity Leave*– Up to 2 weeks of leave time. 100% pay is provided for the first week. The second week pay is at the statutory pay level. Shared Parental Leave – Up to 50 weeks of leave time. Up to 37 weeks are paid at the statutory pay level. Adoption Leave – Up to 52 weeks of leave time. For the primary caregiver, the first 6 weeks are paid at 100%. 33 weeks are paid at the statutory pay level, with the remaining weeks unpaid. Bereavement Leave – Up to 14 days of leave time and full pay (depending on relationship).

Life and Income Protection Insurance

Canada Life is Cerner’s partner for Life Insurance and provides a lump sum life insurance benefit equal to 4x your basic salary to your family and/or estate in the event of your death. Generali is Cerner’s partner for gap income protection and will provide income replacement of 75% (less state offset) due to permanent disability within this scheme.

Time Off Time Off

As a Cerner associate, annual leave time is provided to you each year to allow you to take time off from work regularly for rest, relaxation, and other personal time. Associates are provided 25 days of annual leave, these days will accrue on a weekly basis beginning on your date of hire.

Illness

Cerner Time off for illness is based on your personal needs; if you are sick, you should stay home from work until you are well enough to return to work. Cerner provides a statutory earnings replacement income (Company Sick Pay) for associates who are away due to illness for the first 28 weeks of absence. My Life Resources Associate Assistance Program My Life Resources, provided by Spring Health, is our Associate Assistance Program (EAP). My Life Resources is here to help and guide you in taking the steps to a healthier, more vibrant life. Access confidential tools and services to empower you and your family through a variety of different situations. Services are at no cost to you and your household members, and are available via telephone or online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Additional Benefits Best Doctors Best Doctors is a complimentary service provided by Canada Life to all Cerner Limited associates and their families. Best Doctors provides expert medical information and support, including second opinion services. Available services include: • A full diagnosis, and comprehensive report with recommendations • Assistance on deciding the best treatment options for your condition • Access to an extensive library of wellbeing tools, videos, and literature • 50,000 doctors that represent 3-5% of specialists • Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Vision Reimbursement Cerner is committed to making vision care and treatment accessible by helping with the cost of spectacles, frames and eye exams. The vision plan provides for an annual reimbursement for vision needs:

Season Ticket Loan Scheme Cerner offers all active associates one interest-free annual Season Ticket Loan to help cover annual train or tube costs for travel to and from their Cerner place of work. The maximum loan annual loan available is £6500.

Cycle to Work The Cycle to Work scheme gives associates the opportunity to take advantage of the government tax break on bicycles and safety equipment and choose from the widest choice of bikes and equipment across the UK. Cerner will front the cost to you, up to £1000.

Santander Bikes As a member you have the option of purchasing an annual access key for just £90. You will receive a membership key (for a one-off fee of £3) for quick access to the cycles. Cerner provides reimbursement for the annual access pass and membership key fee.

Flu Vaccination Cerner offers associates a reimbursement for their Flu Vaccination at a maximum reimbursement amount of £22 per year. 13


Additional Benefits Tastecard – Dining Club Membership Cerner has negotiated an exclusive deal with Tastecard, the nation’s largest dining club, to give all associates a discounted membership cost of £29.99. Being a member entitles you to 50% off the total food bill at over 6000+ fabulous restaurants nationwide.

Long Term Service Award Cerner recognizes that the commitment to your role required to be successful does not always leave enough time to pursue all of your outside interests and professional developmental opportunities to the degree you would like. We also know that creativity and enthusiasm are best fostered in an environment where people have time to enjoy a wide variety of experiences. Tuition Reimbursement Cerner encourages associates to develop and enhance their skills through ongoing education by offering tuition reimbursement. Once you have been employed with Cerner for 24 months, you are entitled to a max limit of £1500 reimbursement for undergraduate coursework and £2500 reimbursement for graduate programs. 14
