4 STEPS
FOR A BETTER SHOT Golf is a game that is very much dedicated to the cerebral player. Concentration, focus, inner peace, these things all can play a part in your success on the course. Another aspect of your game that is far more intentional and less linear than your mindset is in regards to golf grips. What kind of a role does your golf grip play and what can you do to improve this aspect? Read on to find out.
First and foremost, visit a driving range and buy a bucket of balls. If you want to improve your game, you will need to absolutely do this, or you will end up losing out on the training necessary to raise the bar on your game. Once you have enough practice in, and have isolated a grip that works best for you, your muscle memory can kick in.
Gripping the club and striking the ball is very important. This factor is not something that you can overlook at all, as many golfers try to find an edge with different types of gripping strategies. There are several ways to go about this, but overall, the way you're holding the club up to and during the point of impact matters a great deal to how well you will do on the course.
Take your shots and carefully consider your grip and the way you're concentrating. If you can place a great deal of focus on this, you will be able to translate it to the course. Too loose and your club will go flying, too tight and you'll feel the vibrations of the metal as you hit a ball that swerves out of play. You have to try different methods and only you can figure out what works best with your body and the club in your hands.
It's About Energy The reason the ball moves after you hit it is simple, kinetic energy. The transfer of energy from your body through the club and into the ball is what sends it flying through the air. You may have the process down to a science, but you will find that the way you hold your hands and allow the muscles to tighten in your follow through will either make or break your shot. In order to establish a better shot, you'll want to consider the following.

VISIT A DRIVING RANGE
CYCLE THROUGH GRIPS
TAKE NOTES This step is simple, take notes. Take notes as to what grip gets you the most control and which doesn't. Factor in distance, time of flight, and whether or not the ball swerved.
GOLF GRIP If you have a set of clubs and you find the current grips are not working for you, or perhaps they are outdated and hard to hold, then you can consider getting new grips for your clubs. Improving the comfort of your hands on the club can give you a great boost on the course in itself.

Lots of natural corners and epitomes of civilization deserve a place among top travel destinations around the world. Yet, there is a difference between the various different places that people may prefer, like romantic getaways or adventure destinations. Top travel destinations are usually very exotic places with a cultural and historic charge that complements an incredibly beautiful landscape. Let us focus on some travel destinations around the world which would top a person’s adventure wish list. These are one of the best adventure destinations a person can go to fulfill his wanderlust.
Climb Java Mountains Java has a limited wilderness area to compete with the Indonesian Outer Islands, but it has the most exotic volcanoes. Most of them can be climbed without technical equipment, and some have well maintained tracks to the summit. Java and Bali combined have 37 volcanoes. On Java the highest is Mount Semeru (3676m). Mount Merapi, north of Jogjakarta, is the most active. Half of the world’s sub aerial volcanoes lie within the Ring of Fire, a destination of volcanic uprisings that line the edge of the Pacific tectonic plate, and one of the top travel hot spots is Indonesia’s Java, home to 42 volcanoes. The only way to really understand the power of a volcano is to witness it in the flesh. See the lasting effects of these cataclysmic eruptions, including lunar-like landscapes of ash fields, lava flows, turquoise lakes, steaming craters and simmering mud pools.

Camel Trek Morocco Camel Trek Morocco: Morocco is a destination best known for its ancient cities, Marrakesh, and Tangier which burst with the colors, smells, sounds and textures of market life. But arguably Morocco’s most impressive landscapes are its vast deserts, and the traditional way to see them is by camel, which offers an unparalleled look at the beautiful land of Morocco. If you would like to feel the rhythm of the desert and the old caravans while passing by from Fès to Tombouctou, then it is advisable to choose a camel safari. It will help you to immerse into and really feel the greatness of the Sahara desert. Thus all these factors together make it one of the top travel destinations in the world.
Raft the Grand Canyon There must not be many people who haven’t heard of the Grand Canyon and adventures which unfold out there. Exploring the Grand Canyon by river is an experience unlike any other. Discover hidden waterfalls and paradisaical side canyons - areas of Grand Canyon National Park that are accessible only by river. Listen to the sound of the mighty Colorado River as you lie down under a blanket of innumerable stars each night after your Grand Canyon rafting experience. So if you are one who loves the tinge of adventure along with exoticness of a travel destination. There are many more such destinations waiting for you to explore. Bike the Baja Peninsula, Mexico The Baja California is a destination which has long beckoned bikers with its pleasant weather, minimal traffic, and remote, undeveloped coastline. Here, long stretches of wild desert are punctuated only by views of the coast, cactus forests, and lanky Boojum trees sprouting out of the Earth like Dr. Seuss creations. Every so often, a surf shack, stuck-in-time fishing village, or sleepy artist community crops up. Baja provides some of Mexico’s most dramatic sea and landscapes. This includes everything from vast and remote deserts, dormant volcanoes and wonderful old mission towns. The speed at which one cycle through this landscape, allowing one the time to soak up all these happenings, means that bicycle touring is the only way to experience Baja California.

If you are a budding player, then here are some very important golf tips to help you sharpen your golf skills like the swing including the ball position, backswing golf tips and the down swing golf tips. If you are rather serious about your game, then make sure to practice these golf tips on a regular basis and watch the progress in your game.
SOME BALL POSITION GOLF TIPS: To make the iron shots precise and crisp, make sure that you do not hit the golf ball in the downward manner. But in order to achieve the downward blow of the ball, position the ball in proportion to the stance that you have taken. Thus to hit the iron shots, practice the below mentioned golf tips while positioning your body in such a manner that the ball is at the centre of your stance for the shorter irons like the 8, 9 irons as well as the wedges. For the mid irons like the 5, 6 and the 7 irons, place the ball one forward from the centre and for the fairway clubs like the 3 and the 5 woods and the hybrid clubs, place the ball two forward from the center. In case of the driver, place the ball three balls forward from the center.
SOME FULL SWING GOLF TIPS: In case of the back swing, rotate the club keeping the arms and the body at the back while moving the body weight to the inside of your back leg. For completing the back swing, hinge the wrists as they are approaching the waist level. While at the top of the back swing, make sure that the leading arm is straight and most of your body weight is on your back leg and also make sure that your back knee is flexed. Rotate your shoulders up to 90 degrees while at the top of the back swing and rotate your hips to 30 degrees.
DOWN SWING GOLF TIPS: When you wish to down swing, shift your body weight to your front leg. This will make sure that your hips, arms and the shoulders will also follow this shift of the weight. Check that the head is behind the ball. Continue with the turning of your body even after the impact position so as to make your club and the arms extend towards the target. by Robert Samuels

In most tropical nations, people with fever are usually advised to have a glass of coconut water to help cure infection, improve circulation and chill the body down. Included as well in the long checklist of such water benefits is its effectivity in addressing urinary tract infection. The liquid has components that increase regular urination, therefore getting rid of unhealthy build-up of microorganisms around the system that results in the unpleasant feeling during and after urination. Apart from this, coconut water benefits can also help in treating kidney and urethral stones.

Because of its low sugar and carb content and antimicrobial components, coco water is an excellent drink for those who have diabetic issues. Studies also claim that cytokinins (e.g., kinetin and trans-zeatin) in coconut juice possess anti-ageing, anti-carcinogenic, and anti-thrombotic effects. Also a great source of vitamin B complex (riboflavin, niacin, thiamine, pyridoxine, and folates), it can in fact give a natural mosquito-repellent covering on the skin. The rich vitamin B complex creates a distinctive scent that effectively turns away mosquitoes, making coconut water a genuinely excellent summer drink. Lastly, coconut water has been utilized worldwide for oral rehydration therapy or ORT. People suffering from excessive loose bowel movement and even vomiting replenish lost electrolytes and recover strength after having coconut water as ORT.

GOLF IS A BEAUTIFUL GAME WITH A SIMPLE OBJECTIVE, DRIVE THE BALL INTO THE HOLE. BUT AS SIMPLE AS THIS GOAL IS, CARRYING IT OUT WELL ENOUGH TO BE A CHAMPION IS NOT SIMPLE OR EASY. EXCEPT YOU KNOW WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A MASTER GOLFER.
HERE ARE SOME TIPS TO HELP YOU PLAY BETTER GOLF:
1
PREPARE BOTH MENTAL & PHYSICAL If you are not prepared to play mentally and physically, you won’t be at your best. So anytime you have a golf game at hand, do whatever it takes to get you prepared. Make sure you prepare yourself both mentally and physically. Winning starts in the mind, but is carried out physically by the body. Both must be well paired to be at your best.
25
2
KNOW YOUR CLUBS The golf club is very important in the game of golf. If you are really interested in enjoying your game, you must know your clubs well. It’s in knowing your club that you know your swing and how to direct your drives.
3
STUDY YOUR COURSE Just as important as the clubs in the game of golf is the golf course. Great players are those who take time to study their course. Knowing your course has the advantage of letting you know where to avoid in the course and where to focus your drives. When you know your course well, you know where the trouble spots are and how to avoid them. This helps you to play better golf because you will be having a nice game.
26
newagemg.com
4
DON’T LET OTHER PLAYER INTIMIDATE YOU To be your best at the game you must never allow the people you are playing against to intimidate you. No matter how good they are, don’t let their track records intimidate you, if you do you will lose focus. Make sure your focus is on the game, playing your best and not on your opponents and what they have done in the past. “Here and now is what matters” should be what you should keep telling yourself. You will be surprised how beatable these people are when you don’t allow them to intimidate you.
5
PRACTICE SWINGING YOUR HANDS The golf club is very important in the game of golf. If you are really interested in enjoying your game, you must know your clubs well. It’s in knowing your club that you know your swing and how to direct your drives.
6
DO SWING CORRECTLY If you want to play the game of golf at your best, you should get your swing right. Basically there are six parts to a swing in golf. These are: back swing, take-away, correct posture and position, the correct alignment of the golf club, impact and the follow through. Getting this right will guarantee perfect swings during the game and help you play better golf.

IF YOU ARE OVERWEIGHT, AND ARE TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT, IT IS WORTH KNOWING THAT THE TYPE OF FOODS YOU EAT DOES HAVE A GREAT DEAL OF INFLUENCE ON YOUR SUCCESS OR FAILURE. CLA reduces body fat and increases a person’s lean body mass. This effect goes beyond humans, as it also does this for animals. At present time, CLA is being considered in a study- combined with chromium picolinate. It is found naturally in dairy foods and considered safe to consume.
The active component in Garcinia Cambogia Reviews that accounts for the fruits beneficial properties is hydroxycitric acid or HCA for short. This is why it’s quite common to see Garcinia Cambogia HCA in the supplements. Usually, there will also be a number that refers to the amount of HCA in the supplement. It will be either 50%, 65% or 70%. These simply refer to the concentration of HCA in the supplement. Therefore if the bottle says Garcinina Cambogia 50, then it only has 50% HCA. If it says Garcininia Cambogia 65, then it has 65% HCA. 70% HCA means it has 70% HCA, the maximum amount HCA you will find in a supplement. Experts agree that only products with at least 50% HCA can affect
To further improve weight loss, look at taking a fish oil supplement. The polyunsaturated acids that this supplement contains makes it very easy to lose weight. The advantage of these natural supplements is that they help you control cholesterol. They can also strengthen your heart and help you avoid stress. Other herbal supplements to consider include avocado oil, olive oil, and krill oil. Having a slim and slender body does not only make you look better, it makes you healthier as being overweight puts you at an elevated risk for several diseases. There are extracts in the market that are known to aid greatly with weight loss, and one of them is garcinia cambogia. It is made from the extract of a tree with the same name, and it works in two ways: it first and foremost suppresses the appetite so that you don’t feel very hungry. This of course means that you reduce your food consumption. The other way that it works is to reduce the absorption of fat by the gut. Instead, the fat is passed as waste, which means that it doesn’t get the chance to be stored in your body as extra weight. If you are going to Garcinia Cambogia Extract Reviews, make sure you buy a legitimate brand - there are many masquerading as the same but they will not help you lose weight.

oats have always fascinated mankind. It seem like magic that boats which are so heavy are floating on the surface of water and that too with such heavy loads, but actually its working on Archimedes principle of buoyancy. Boating is merely referred to the act of travelling by boats. However the term is generally linked with leisurely activities or any recreational usage of any kind of boats like power boats, sail boats or even yachts. Several sports activities are also associated with boating like fishing, waterskiing, boat racing and similar water activities. There is hardly any country in the world where boating is not done.
44
newagemg.com
Types of Boats: Recreational boats used for boating purposes can be categorized in categories as well as subcategories. Some of the important categories are: • Dinghies: These are generally less than 16’ and are generally powered by wind sails, muscle or small engines. • Paddle sport boats • Runabouts: These are usually 15-25’ powerboats with outboard or inboard engines. • Day Sailors: These are 14-25’ sailboats equipped with small auxiliary engines. • Cruisers: These 25-65’ powerboats with many cabins.
Apart from these, narrow boats are a common type of recreational boats found in England for boating purposes.
Boating Activities: There are many kinds of boating sports which are quite popular in many parts of the world. Many boaters participate in the activities and enjoy the sport. Some of them include: • Paddle sport is one such popular boating activity which is widely enjoyed as a great recreational activity in many places. • Canoes are commonly used as a recreational boating activity generally on lakes and rivers as they are more comfortable on still water or mild flowing water. • Kayaks are used as recreational boating usually on still inland water bodies and sometimes can be used along the ocean coasts. They are highly maneuverable and depending on that they are generally constructed with required shape.
45
Apart from these rowing craft are also quite popular but their usage has been limited to fishing or as a boating race sport. These are extremely long and thin, and hence has higher speed compared with other boats, as the ratio of length of waterline to beam is of vital importance in design mechanics. Row boats or in general The Dinghies are oar powered and are heavily crafted as compared to other boats designs.
Small sailboats are generally constructed of fiberglass and comprise of wood or even aluminum spars. Racing sailboats are especially designed to be lighter in weight to that boat can achieve higher speed. Apart from these Water sport boats or ski boats are powered by large powerful engines, so that speed can be easily attained and boating experience can be fun.
Racing is something which has been the most popular boating sport across the world. It has even become a culture in many places and even different parts of the country. Sailboat racing are one such type of boating sport which is commonly done by family people as it’s of great fun too. 46

SHOULDERS ON LINE, FEET SHUT Shoulders square to the target, feet slightly shut. Not one person really speaks about this shot very much, but if it comes up at all you’ve probably been told, “If you’re going to hit the driver off the deck you’ve got to hit a big swing. It’s the only way to get the ball up.” Actually, that’s not correct at all. If you have enough club head quickness there’s no need to just hit a big cut. Of course you can hit a big cut if that’s what you want to do. You can still strike it well, and high, and far, but you lose control of the ball and you lose length. For this shot, you’re trying to hit the ball dead straight. Maybe a slight cut if you want to, but you can actually work the ball both ways when striking the driver off the deck. Take your regular driver arrangement, with your feet a little bit shut. Line up your shoulders and club face square to the target line. Keeping your feet slightly shut helps shallow out your path on the way back and through. That’s important, because if you have a very steep path you’re just going to heave that club head right down in the earth. You need to sweep the ball, but you still have to hit down on it with the driver when you’re hitting it off the deck.
CLUB HEAD INSIDE SHALLOWS THE PLANE There are a couple little tricks to make this shot functional. First is that you can see in the first photo below that the club face is dead square to his feet line. That’s intentional. That’s planned. Rather than focusing on getting it square to the shoulder plane or the target line, you want the club head a little bit inside. Why would you want that? Squaring the club face to the feet line helps you come through the ball more shallow. If you take the club back very steep you’re going to have to redirect it on the way back down. Club face square to feet line (left), left forearm rotation, club face square to feet line (left), left forearm rotation (center, right). You want it to go back and through on a very comparable plane, so you want to take it back very shallow. As you go back you’re actually getting more revolution in your left forearm from off the ball, to get the club coming back behind your hands. You want that spin in your hands because it helps shallow out the path on the way back. As you keep going to the top you’re still rotating the left forearm, getting the arm plane a little shallower than usual. As you get closer to the top, even though you’ve rotated your left forearm pretty aggressively taking the club back, the club face is still square to your forearm.
