CANCELLATION POLICIES

– Club Events:

- The House Committee approved a club event cancellation policy for only those club-hosted events in which we hold a seat for you. This includes wine dinners, holiday brunches, workshops, etc. The Clubhouse team takes great care to ensure a seated reservation is accurate, confirmed, and held specifically for these events. In the case of a last minute cancellation, often it is too late to fill this dedicated spot and the charge is in place solely to cover the cost of the seat.

- The policy is as follows: Cancellations made within 72-24 hours of an event will be charged 50% of the full reservation. Cancellations made the day of an event will not be refunded and will still pay 100% of the reservation amount.

– Private Events:

Our Event Planning team would be happy to assist you with your private event requests! Whether it’s a family gathering, corporate meeting, wedding reception, or private wine dinner, our team is happy to help book dates, answer questions, and make recommendations.

- Cancellation of any Member event should be made no less than 14 days prior to the scheduled event date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event are subject to charges. Cancellations due to weather may be subject to charges.

– Sponsored Events:

Sponsored events are any private function a member hosts for a person or organization other than personal use, or for immediate family members. We welcome these events, but the sponsoring member of any private function must be in attendance throughout the event. The member sponsor will be held responsible for the conduct of all guests and must ensure all are aware of and abide by club rules and policies for sponsored events outlined in the By-Laws, rules and regulations, confirmation letter, and event planner.

- All charges associated with the sponsored event will appear on the sponsoring member’s most current club statement, and payment must be received directly from the member. This includes all outside organizations as they are responsible for reimbursing the member directly. No money shall be collected or solicited at events and the club shall not accept any third party checks.

- Cancellations made from the time of booking up to one month from the event will pay 100% of the Usage Fee listed on the Event Agreement. Cancellations made within one month of the event will pay 100% of the Usage Fee listed above, in addition to 50% of the Food & Beverage Minimum. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will pay 100% of the usage fee and 100% of the Food & Beverage Minimum.

Kick-off the school year at our Annual Back-to-School Bash! Test your strength on the one and only Ninja Warrior Course! There will be Ninja Warrior Obstacle Courses, the famous Warped Wall, a toddler obstacle course, a dinner buffet, and more!

– Garrison Brothers Bourbon Tasting

Wednesday, September 4 | 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Since 2006, Dan Garrison has been producing authentic, handmade bourbon whiskey, the first to do so outside of Kentucky. Come and taste expressions of Garrison Brothers bourbon while learning more about the history of Texas’s first legal whiskey distillery.

Join us as Sommelier Steve Pignatiello nicknamed “The Burgundy Wine Man” guides us through the world-famous wine region of Burgundy, France. He has over 39 years of comprehensive knowledge of the country and has formed strong relationships with many highly respected winemakers of the region over the years. Steve’s personal relationship with Burgundy’s top winemakers give him access to some of the regions very best and most exclusive wines from small family wineries with many not available outside of France.

Teens ages 11 and up! Gather your squad and put your problem solving skills to the test! Youth Counselors will join your group as you face the ultimate challenge in an escape room filled with adrenaline-fueled fun! Must be at least 11 years old to participate, 6 teens maximum.

Saturday night of the Member-Member Tournament will be a night to remember! Celebrate our newly crowned Member-Member Champions with an Oyster Roast filled with delicious food, live music, and a premium bar.

OCTOBER

– Dinner Under the Oak: Featuring Hourglass Winery

Thursday, October 3 |6:30 p.m. cocktails, 7:15 p.m. dinner

Hourglass Wine produced their first vintage in 1997 and for many years their entire production was from the single 4-acre Hourglass Vineyard just north of St. Helena. Today the Smith family owns two vineyards – the original estate Hourglass Vineyard and the Blueline Vineyard in Calistoga. Join us for our last dinner under the beloved Oak Tree, as we dine under the stars, alongside Isabelle Smith from the winery!

Following the conclusion of the shoot-out all members and their guests (even those not participating in the Tailgate Tournament) are invited to a tailgate behind the Clubhouse to enjoy good food and football in celebration of a successful tournament weekend. Enjoy live music, house made BBQ, and cold beer as you kick back and watch your favorite teams on screens throughout the event lawn.

– Robert Foley Vineyards Wine Dinner

Friday, November 8 | 6:30 p.m. cocktails, 7:15 p.m. dinner

Robert Foley, renowned winemaker and founder of Robert Foley Vineyards, will join us for an unforgettable evening. Bob began his wine making career in 1977, spending his first year working for Heitz Cellars, followed by 15 years as the founding winemaker for Markham Vineyards, and another 15 years as the founding winemaker for Pride Mountain Vineyards. During this period, he also created the highly acclaimed Switchback Ridge, Hourglass, Paloma, and School House wines. He now focuses mostly on Robert Foley Vineyards wines, where he bottled its flagship Claret in 1998. Bob’s reputation for producing high quality wine continues to develop at his winery facility on Napa County’s Howell Mountain, where more than 1,000 barrels are housed in an extensive cave system to produce Robert Foley wines.
