Chawton House Press Coverage Report March - September 2019 Social media performance From October to March we have seen a 11.5% rise in our Facebook following, increasing from 8,175 likes to 9,113. Our most popular post reached 39,486 people, had 3206 reactions, and 5,975 engagements. This is significant considering in the previous press coverage report, our most popular post reached 12,711 people, had 709 reactions, and 1,722 engagements.

We also achieved a 5.7% increase in Twitter followers, from 8,278 to 8,749. From March to September, our top Tweet earned 46,985 Tweet impressions, and was retweeted 59 times, 8000 March 2019 September 2019 with 420 likes. The success of this Tweet is undoubtedly due to the fact that Lucy Worsely retweeted it. Our top mention was by Karen Ievers and earned 461 engagements, was retweeted 17 times and had 100 likes. During this period we yielded a total number of 11,609 profile views on our Twitter page. Our Instagram account, set up in July 2016, has reached a similar number of followers as our Twitter and Facebook accounts (these were created in June 2009). During this report’s period, our followers have increased from 8,153 to 8,938, a 9.6% increase. Our most popular post was liked 967 times, and made 13,195 impressions (the total number of times a post has been seen by other accounts). Highlights from all three social media accounts are shown at the end of this report.
