Letter From LTG-
Hello wonderful servant leaders! Now that we’re rolling into the last month of summer and the month of the beginning of school, there are some extremely important reminders for the Division to be aware of. Please stay updated with all of the email reminders sent out and don’t forget to respond, so I know you’ve checked them! I also wanted to mention that I am so, so honored to see clubs all around the Division being recognized by all of Texas-Oklahoma for their efforts. Whether it be seeing you turn in Monthly Reports, catching a picture of your service event on the Tex-O-Key, or even recognizing your school on the Top 25, each and every single club has proved that they truly carry the message of service into their communities daily. Much love!! Now is the time to stay motivated! I know it’s been rough over the summer, but don’t get down. I really want to see and meet each and every one of you at DCM’s- I promise they’re super fun! If you ever have any suggestions for icebreakers or have any specific questions, don’t hesitate to ask! Please also invite your club members and all of your officer boards- you never know who might want to serve the District on higher levels~ Best of luck to everyone (especially those who are applying to college) and let’s enter school ready to serve! Yours in service, Christina Lee

July DCM Recap Major, major thanks to everyone who attended the joint DCM with Divisions 3N and 3S! Despite the heat and the muddy grounds, I was so excited to spend a great afternoon with some of the coolest Key Clubbers around. I had the great privilege of meeting so many fin-tastic, lionhearted, Key Club minions and I can’t wait to meet more as time goes on! If you missed out, there were icebreakers, food, and updates galore- those which have largely been covered by this newsletter, my email updates/Facebook updates, and can be accessed through your Presidents. Have You Updated Your COCI? Q: What is COCI?
A: COCI is the acronym for “Club Officer Contact Information”, which is the place on tokeyclub.com where we can keep up with your officer team!
Q: Why should I update it?
A: Firstly, it gives you points if you record it on your Monthly Report, though this can only be counted once! It also provides us a way to contact you.
Q: How do I update my COCI?
A: Log into your tokeyclub.com account by clicking “Login” at the top right. Your username should be the full name of your high school, but click “Members Only” and scan the list until you see your school name. Copy and paste that into the “Username” blank and then enter your correct password- which, you can reset, only if you have access to the email account in which your school registered with. Once logged in, go to the “Members Only” button and click “Update Club Officers”.
Q: How can I tell if I’ve updated my COCI?
A: You should be able to see the updated information once you log into tokeyclub.com. If you aren’t sure, email me and I can check for you!
Q: What if I can’t access my COCI?
A: Please contact me or our District Administrator (administrator@tokeyclub.com) and we will try to get the problem fixed ASAP.
Q: Are all officer positions on COCI?
A: No, not all officer positions are on COCI- but you must fill out the ones on the site. If you have more than one officer for the same position (for example, you have two secretaries), you only have to fill the appropriate information for one person.
